That was Post Falls for the first four minutes. Then you went to CDA. This is a poor representation of the area. Those fields and barns are currently being torn down and filled in with houses and apartments. The roads and roundabout in the middle of the video are 6mo old. And widening project are slated for all those roads for the next several years.
