Ingredients:-
1kg Buffalo meat
Whole spices:-
3 Bay leaf
1tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp star anise
1mace
1tsp black pepper
2-3green cardamom
2 black cardamom
4-5cloves
2inch cinnamon stick
3tbsp oil
3tbsp coriander seeds(crushed)
4 Onions(450gm)
4Tomato
15-16 garlic cloves
2 inch ginger
12-14 dry red chilli(whole)
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1tsp salt
1cup curd
2-3 green chilli
For garnish:-
A handful coriander leaves+ginger julienned+finely chopped green chilli
