Well, it really is if you have an existing slab, otherwise you need to pour one and don’t forget the grade to allow water to run off when it rains.

The master sheets shows the Lagers /Headers are set at 16”OC but the video is showing 12”. Thought you may want to correct that. If someone installs by the video it will be wrong and the first storm will rip it off. I live on the South Coast in Texas, what’s the Hurricane Rating on this?
