This is a newer trail that is single track-ish. It goes from G9 to G2...I started at G9. The whole trail is four miles long! Please do not think the video is in slow motion...I just ride slow!

It's easy but because I suck I make it look more difficult. Another trail that I haven't done until today. Seems like a better way up to G1 (instead of just taking the road).

A few rocks...a few mud holes...which is pretty much standard Windrock riding. Still searching around for rideable single track out here...I don't want crazy black diamond or near-death climbs/descents...just fun stuff. I'm too old to be throwing myself on the ground!

This was my first time out on this trail. I've seen other vids and it is way more difficult after loads of rain (which is typical out here). It's been dry lately so it wasn't too bad...but I suck and make it look harder than it is. Skip straight to 5:45 for the more difficult sections. On a side note: Windrock is a very popular Jeep destination but I would definitely NOT recommend this trail if...

Out on the WR250...first time ever on trail 24. My main goal is to get on trails that will have little to no sxs/jeep traffic since Windrock is a very popular destination for those types of vehicles.

First time ever on trail 19 at Windrock Park in Oliver Springs, TN. Have not ridden in a year and for sure I'm sucking!!! Still fun though. Fairly easy trail but it had not rained in a couple of weeks...this will probably be much more difficult when it's soaked.

This was our first time ever riding out at Windrock Park. We stuck to two-track riding since we don't know our way around. This place is HUGE! 73,000 acres...for reference you can fit 10 Hollister Hills SVRAs inside this place. It seems to be suited for UTVs and jeeps but I know there are many single track trails out there...we just need to keep exploring.

Moving from CA to TN has been an amazing adventure! Finding an existing home in Tennessee was almost impossible so we went with a new build from D.R. Horton. So far we love it!

After living my whole life in CA we as a family decided it was time for a change...freedom in Tennessee! GOODBYE California!!! 4 days of driving 12hrs/day which ended up being about 2,400 miles of travel. It was the adventure of a lifetime!

How far in the build was this and how long to completion???
I honestly do not know (are you referring to the very start of video?). As far as time to complete I believe it was around 6 months.

@ talked to my wife (she’s obviously in the video)…start of video was April when we visited here in TN. We moved in sometime mid August. Hope this helps.

That’s what I thought too. Just like Ryan Homes we have in the Midwest. All appearances give the same budget look and feel. Just saying; not trying to troll.

Hello How is it going? Do you love your new home? I am think about purchasing a Dr Home what suggestions can you give me.
It’s honestly been a fine house. We have certainly enjoyed living here. I know there’s some negative stuff out there about DR but truth be told our whole neighborhood seems to be happy with their homes as well! My only suggestion is to be very thorough on the inspection with DR and document everything, no matter how minor, that needs to be looked at upon purchase. We also paid for a 3rd party home inspection as well. Good luck and I hope you get the house you want!

That rocky part is no joke. I have done it on a 4 wheeler and a Kawasaki sxs. I plan on getting a dirtbike next. I honestly think riding a dirtbike is safer than a sxs. I feel like I have to do black diamonds and crap with a sxs. Good video!
Thank you! It def seems like on a dirt bike I can easily go around some of the obstacles that are unavoidable with four wheels. I’ve hit a lot of trails out there that seem to be unridden or rarely traveled.

@@antdx316 I had been down that hill many times but I must have hit a weird rut or something. One moment I was riding and the next moment I was on the ground 🤷♂️I’ve only watched this footage once or twice. It hurt like hell and put me in the hospital for three days.

Stop clutching and rolling down hills / skidding with the brakes . USE ENGINE COMPRESSION to creep down hills .

I was lucky. I only broke several ribs. Then I rode the rest of the lap and got out of the race. Ribfest at Brushy. Glad to hear the bike is ok.
Yeah it sucked. Glad you were able to get out faster. Damn ribs take a long time to heal😩I still have not ridden anything nearly as gnarly as Pozo since that day.

We are looking at buying a Horton. Can I ask, did y’all make a lower offer than what they have it priced at online and if so was it approved?
We met in person with a DR sales rep in TN, agreed on a price before it was built. Thankfully 🙏 my wife put us on a waiting list before we really considered buying one. If we didn’t buy it there were plenty of folks waiting….hope you guys find a house in the area you want to live!
@@offroad8055 thanks! We have found one and are just waiting for our house to sell. Luckily Horton had agreed to put theirs under contract with us on the contingency of our current home selling. However, we only have til March 3 to get a contract on ours. Wish us luck! And welcome to Tennessee!

Good Luck on getting repair’s done; will find appliances & windows are junk; hope they insulated, many DR Horton Homes they were very skimpy or didn’t insulate at all. Many are suing DR Horton for faulty construction.

Looks good. And I love that the houses aren’t stacked on top of one another like out here in California. My wife and I are thinking of moving out to Tennessee. Any issues along the lines of the so called “nightmares” that some people have with DR Horton homes? What part of Tennessee did you move to?
We have had issues with our home but they are minor compared to living in a communist state. We love Tennessee and miss CA 0%! The main problem is that the homes are put up so fast so it’s important to get a home inspection before moving in and maintaining a direct line of communication with DR.

i'm thinking it's time for moto and MTB riders to take a first aid class to learn how to do a simple examination to determine whether a person should be moved or not . Also a lot of decision making about calling an air ambulance is based on cost . you americans NEED to get a heath system where stuff like this is fully covered .
