GM specs, it happened on the initial startup after the the whole cam and top end swap, i saw your videos on the tech for the detailing and i'm very impressed with the details. i'll be sure to take my time when i remove the vinyl stripes and polish the paint to match.

yes it turned out to be a loose rocker bolt so when the pushrod was lifted the rocker tapped the top of the cover. took about 5 minutes to fix and now it runs like a dream.

Sounds nasty, But that rs bodykit is hideous. Its a pain in the ass to remove though
