Not to mention as humans we tend to lean on boasting but having something like that and not knowing it is a blessing in my opinion. Powerful testament to God’s justice and mercy and the importance of staying true to Christ despite overwhelming challenges. 24:32 Amen, Its literally the only path we have. Very good day for me as well 😁16:32 its really hard to watch someone who says they are Christian just constantly tear down your faith and judge you, and you know nothing you say can change their opinion and you just feel a sense of hopelessness with them and its even more baffling because they do this with intent to "preach" the gospel without acknowledging the very basics of being Christ like. How do they not see the good from evil in their deeds, I just see it as complete blindness. 16:20 They lack this completely. I know I brought this up in another video but it genuinely baffles me it happens, And all it takes is for them to take a step back and examine their actions and really think about what they are doing. I love this chapter because it summarizes the essence of the New Testament, providing clear guidance on how to be more Christ like, exercise faith and repentance, and love everyone around us. Its reality is brutal, I've never experienced it firsthand and can't truly understand its impact, I understand that those who have endured it carry the weight of that reality. For those of us untouched by war, it often feels distant, like a story rather than a lived experience. But if we were ever directly affected, we would quickly see the harsh truth of what it really means. Things we can learn from this chapter for even todays time, Pride was never meant to be a part of who we are and the consequences will repeat as it has shown with the Jaredites. Evening Kevin 😁1:40 same here i have a few favorite chapters now that we go into detail with them and helps look at it in another light from hearing your interpretation so its pretty great. Thats something that hard for me to fully understand, is war in those times was extremely personal as in hand-to-hand combat and that has to take a lot out of you to witness and also be a light to the people. Time flies for sure, grateful for every video you put out for the devotional. 7:15 It’s disheartening to see how often this happens I’ve felt it myself many times. It’s easy to get drawn into debates about evidence versus faith, which can lead to doubt in our own hearts. This distracts us from the essence of how we should live: with faith, integrity, and a focus on serving God. For me, it’s simpler I ask myself if the work I do, the words I speak, and the path I follow come from a place of goodness and alignment with God. When they do, I know I’m on the right track. The demand to 'prove it' is often a subtle tactic Satan uses to sow doubt and disbelief, threatening our commitment to God and our purpose to serve others. Faith is what grounds us and keeps us moving forward. The Church represents all that which is good in each of our hearts to serve one and other and to follow Gods path, just sucks that even our own in Christianity attack us over evidence of the church when the standard and structure of all that which Jesus taught is there by apostles, prophets, priesthood authority, sacred ordinances, missionary work and service. Anyway, sorry just had to say this. This chapter in Ether helps me understand how important it really is to Trust and have Faith and Hope. 22:06 it really is a powerful verse and I agree. 26:18 Amen. Have a good Christmas. I was sort of forced into focusing on the true meaning of it this year with this Nativity project i was involved with putting on. It has helped a lot. Sometimes i get sour on Christmas too cause i would almost rather just watch movies. Ha. Hope it is a good one.

I voted early due to work commitments. Vote prayerfully is the best way to vote. I do, however, disagree on one small point. I believe it's been a lot longer than since 2016 that we've been voting for the lesser of two evils. It's been decades upon decades of trash politicians who sell out the Constitution at the first chance to line their pockets. Just look at what they're all worth. $$$
