Dude I think you’ve flown too close to the sun. Yuck was the best thing you ever brought to the world and you just abandoned it for the sounds over elaborate noise and clearly too many people telling you yes. You’re amazing man and very clearly creative from the lyrics alone on the first yuck album. But I’m gonna say nothing you’ve done since has been remotely close to what you achieved with that group

"I didn't ask for nothing..."; that's exactly how I have felt at various points in my life. You think you have established a deep, long-term relationship with someone, only to discvoer that they see it as being much shorter-term and more shallow; although sometimes they did originally see the relationship in the same way that you did, and have now re-written the history of the relationship in their minds, so that they can change the nature of the relationship without feeling like they have cheated you; and sometimes you invented a level of closeness that wasn't really there because you wanted them more than they wanted you. People are full of all sorts of tricks, and I am no different, sadly. The fundamental organizing principle is, and always has been, to survive and pro-create within a now distant ancestral environment, a truth as brutal and unforgiving as the grey suburban aeshetic of this video. Is there comfort in truth?

Spoiler This movie is a ART. It's brutality, it's reality and it's gruesome act of showing what life is. Wish more people who watch this would understand. Abigail grieving her dead daughter who took Abigails happiness with her into the grave just for Tallie to show a different beauty of life again. But it seems it's not Abigail's mission to be happy, it seems like she has to suffer in this life, and god she DOES suffer enough. And this is just magical. The way she had everything (herself too) just to loose it quicker than a second. Many people give a bad critic because she didn't have a happy ending. They pretend that life always has a happy ending. Maybe the ending is not happy but the exist after the ending is the blossomed flower which IS very pretty. I loved this movie, really sat me in the corner just thinking and existing. Since I watched it I often imagine how hollow and lonely she must feel now. Wish the real (It's based on a real life event) person has given the "why does this happen?" question enough thought and was able to accept and continue living until her linear time breaks and her soul is free just to meet her soulmate (Tallie) once again. As I write this I realize that Tallie was a part of Abigail, a soul part she lost long ago and just when she found it, it was torn out of her hand brutaly. M A S T E R P I E C E

Could this very claustrophobic and totally open musical happenlng be inspired possibly by the alchemic spirit ofArt Esemble of Chicago's People in Sorrow? It is all dimensions meltingly and alternative holy chalicizing nonetheless!
