The Organisation Nongeen Arts and Culture Association, Manipur by name has been established for Preservation andprotection of the rearest Folk Music Arts from Pena, and Indidenous Musical Instrument of Manipur (but now it is about to extinct) which is closely related the religion custom, art and culture of hills and plain people of Manipur.

At present our organization has been teaching many youth by (oja) guru to avoiding from da bad habits of drug addicts which may cause anti-social elements with free of cost.

To published books, papers of research work and other to give more awareness to the general public of the state which it can be transforming the young and women folk minds of today and to empowering for tomorrow,to get rid of anti-social elements of the society.
