If a pillion be seated properly, then how come this bike is road legal to carry two persons? What are the government authorities doing? They don't give a shit about safety of people. The government is very particular about collecting fine for not wearing helmets. A minimum length and width have to be standardized for bikes for a pillion rider. Otherwise, it should be a single seater only. Violating that should be fined...
