It's not rational especially when you are parent of Asian/Indian boy who wanted to undergrad in CS but in my books if you can't make it to Harvard, Stanford or MIT (in that order) then it's failure! In 2020 my son made it to dual degree - Wharton/Finance & UPenn Engineering/CS but it's not same as top 3 choices :-( I know many Asian parents share the same sentiments but they won't come out openly!
Do you apply to colleges in the summer of junior year to senor year? Like during summer? Pls helpppp and do you just go to common app and make an account and apply to it?
Tell me if u know pls

I have started my own skincare business but it is not really big. How big does your business have to be for colleges to appreciate it
Do you think the summer of rising junior is too late to start doing extracurricular? Freshman year I joined once club and sophomore year everything went virtual so the only thing I was able to do was one sport. I have extreme anxiety but I am trying to work through that and find opportunities. Any tips? because it might be too late to start a big extracurricular.
This is not related, but...you are so pretty!! . . . . This is related...underline, underline, underline!! Because making mental notes can be hard.

I got a rush of adrenaline when I heard my own name being spoken out as someone else's. You literally have the same name as I do, and I only know one other person who has the same name (of course that wouldn't be the case if I lived in India). But anyway, thanks for the tips!

2 years late but congrats!!!!!!!
congrats!! any recommendations for summer opportunities?
Great video!! My name is Andres by the way. It's pleasure to meet you. During my high school experiences, I did not took any APs nor honors courses due to my move, so I had to switch schools from state to state for another year. By the way, I was a top 8% of my high school graduation class because I had a 3.71/4.0 GPA. I had pretty good grades during my high school career. Also, I had a 12 on my ACT composite, and I still made it to community college. I've been studying at a community college for 5 years. I'm a military child, so I moved from state to state in kindergarten through my freshman year of college. I was born in the western of New York, and I lived there for 5.5 years. I lived in 5 different states for 2-3 years, Virginia for 6-7 months, and Puerto Rico for a year. I speak English and Spanish. However, I'm still improving my Spanish to become a fluent speaker in a future. I will be graduating from my AA degree in general studies for next spring semester. I'm still in my sophomore year at a community college over here in Florida. I will be in the BA program for radio TV and journalism. Television is my dream career. My dream career will be a actor, singer, broadcast, journalist, and author. For my backup plans, I will be working at a clothing store in the mall, office store, TJ Maxx, and target. I have a younger brother who will be graduating from high school in this spring semester. He also be in the same community college as me in this fall semester over here in Florida. He has pretty descent grades during his high school career. I grew up with an Individual Educational Plan (IEP) due to my diagnosed with autism at age 3. For right now, I'm 23 years old. Again, you did a great job in your video stats. That's very impressive in what you did. Wish you have a best of luck at university wherever you go. God bless you and your family. 🙏
