I am writing to express my concern regarding a tablet that I purchased from KMD Computer & Mobile on 30.7.2023 , 1:22:05PM. Unfortunately, the device has developed a significant fault, and although the warranty period has expired, I believe the issue may be indicative of a manufacturing defect.The tablet began malfunctioning on First Week August 2024 , specifically the screen not responding. Given that this issue arose shortly after the warranty period ended, I am disappointed in the product's quality and durability. I want to emphasize that I have taken great care of this tablet-there has been no falling, compression, or excessive use, such as gaming, that could have caused the screen to malfunction. I’ve handled the device with respect, ensuring that it remains in good condition. I primarily use the tablet for light activities, such as posting on Facebook about five times a week. Given this careful use, I don't believe the screen damage is entirely due to user error. At 50 years old, I rely on this tablet and am deeply concerned that it may not last. Since replacing it would be difficult, I would like to have it checked to determine whether this issue is a product defect. I am disappointed that the screen has failed within a year of purchase, and I must express my dissatisfaction with HONOR’s product quality as a result. I understand that the warranty has expired, but I kindly request that you consider repairing the tablet at no cost or providing an alternative resolution, such as a replacement or a discount on a new device. I have always trusted your products and services, and I hope you will maintain your reputation for excellent customer care by addressing this issue. Please find attached copies of my receipt and any relevant documentation for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could respond to this complaint at your earliest convenience and advice on the next steps.
