🌴 glad I found your channel , I’ve been watching a lot of other vids and ya the give you the know how but what I really liked was the up close with the camera while you were tying and your explanation , now I’m not going to be taking any trips to Christmas Island , but I’m located in the Tampa Bay fla. area and just found out that some bones were caught here close to home , so first chance I’m going to be flogging the water , I’m really hoping you’ll be doing a lot more fly tying vids, and doing a video of your Christmas Island adventure , I’m an old salt getting ready to make a micro skiff from an 11’ fiberglass 3 seat hull and trying to get it ready for tarpon season , have fun be safe on your fishing trip , good luck 👊🏼
Glad you find the videos easy to follow. Unfortunately we got canceled again for Christmas Island. I’d be there now but they stopped flying there again. I think the crab and the gotchas would fish well in FL. Good luck with the boat!
Never made my own fly but found this very relaxing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Rack was already ordered when I saw this video. You steered me in a good direction here for some follow-up details. Good stuff.
Really liking that setup! Just ordered the same rack. What size length and diameter did you use for the elbow & reducer? Thanks!
Eric T thanks! I believe that is a 4” pvc elbow but since I posted the video a viewer said there is a way to turn off the rooster tail. Either way, the elbow keeps water from spraying your gear.
have a link to this rack?

Do you still have the plans for the fly rod holder?
You can undo the screw down clamp on the hose underneath your deck and shoot the visible stream straight out the back too...no extra parts and no water on you or gear.
*Looks amazing!>>>**allabout.wiki/9kvo** Holds my rod perfectly. Well made sturdy. Love it. looks better in person, easy mount to wall and holds my ocean rods just fine.*
just want to say thanks a lot your video really helped me out
👍Nice setup! Thanks! 😎
Where do you get this waterproof box Sir
Sweet set up bud
Great video! I ordered my rack a few days ago. Interesting idea with the bungee cords, btw. How long are they, 4", 6" or 8"?
6"
Good question and one I had myself. I didn’t want to create loads or divert currents from the electronics. That’s why I set it up as a separate system. I always charge the accessory battery immediately after a day of use. I use a trickle charger for ski battery if it will be two weeks or more. Hope that helps
hey Jetfish......do you have a email adress? I wanna ask you something?....thanks

Very helpful video. I ordered the rack from Plattinum, arriving here soon.
I'm really showing interest in PWC fishing. Your video is very informative. Thank you.
do you fish in the outerbanks?
I don't, mostly South Brunswick Islands.
