@@samvanhorn1340 I played in the late 70s, early 80s on a very basic kit with 2 Toms, snare, base, HH, crash and ride. What I'm seeing now is a lot of people going back to the basics, but with some really cool innovations with the pedals and cymbals adding the ability to create more distinct sounds/rhythms. If I were to go back it wouldn't be to a Peart/Van Halen type kit, it would be very basic again. I'm sure you've seen Estepario Siberiano. He's one guy using a lot of innovative tools to take it to the next level. My favorite drummers are Bonham, Grohl and now him... Cheers!

Led Boots is on the list to do for sure. I know a lot of it, But I’ve not sat down and wrote it out. I’d like to try to get it as note for note as I can. Hopefully within a month or two I can get to it.

Hi I used a yamaha ead10 for the recording . This allow you to play with the mix And now gives you the ability to delete the drums off tracks . There are also various apps online to delete backing tracks drums guitar ect . Also just check your here on UA-cam there are plenty of great drumless songs to be used.
