I *really* will try to work on stopping the whole "um" business.

I still cringe at this, knowing the impending consequences if Cornelia did not come clean to Arlis in some small fashion. As the storyteller, I must say the story as it turned out is much better than what would have come if things had not suddenly gotten so complicated.

In Cornelia's defense: After the calling-Arlis-a-monster-hanging-up situation she DID call him back to apologize. Apparently fences were not truly mended, but it Happened. We played it.

*official retcon* 20:20-20:45 she never took it's hand. The storyteller didn't expect me to do it and was so surprised he panicked. Lange didn't let it touch her. He never would. as soon as she moved, made it obvious she was going to take it, he shot. It never touched her.

Playing Haydn Christianus is really hard. I need villains, and I hate playing them... at least the human ones that want to curl up into balls of remorse and beg for forgiveness from their gracious and patient daughters.
