Run starts at 4:15 War Memorial Stadium Little Rock, Arkansas
the pich bend was epic
would lead euph mean baritone 2 part or am i thinking too hard
1:29 bros contemplating life
Why did they have a baritone player also be a percussionist? How did auditions work for that lol
How have I never seen this?
I love the kiss in min. 1 more than anything, commoradory is everything.
YESSSSS
What did you switch to for the mouthpieces between baritone and euphonium?
We had custom Hammond mouthpieces made for the hornline. The baritone one was just a little more shallow than the euph mouthpiece
Which ending did the corps members like more? I love that it was like a throwback to Tilt
1:21 Brandenburg concerto lol
Yum
Did it feel weird to finish your last show on a different instrument that wasnt baritone?
Age Out?
Yep!
Just curious, what gloves do you use?
Mechanix gloves! Pretty much everyone uses them
Hey guys would yall help me out! Anything helps a donation or a share. www.gofundme.com/f/1udjlu65xc?sharetype=teams&member=3374182&+share-sheet&pc_code=ot_co_dashboard_a&rcid=3b7902b35cb9487a9667652868ec31d7 Thank you!

How come up with vocals tho
What kind of GoPro tho
GoPro kisses are the best kind of kisses
Where do you get the head cams? I’m looking to get one for myself for marching band.
Yagiii theyre just go-pros with head mounts, you can get them at pretty much any electronic store
Devvo & Jay thank you! What’s the average cost of these?
The go pro is like 200 to 300 dollars and the head mount is like 10
You can get a cheaper one on amazon for about $40-$60. CIDEO quality is not as good but not terrible! I have one and it’s decent.
@@enbykeith Be careful on which cheap headcam you get though, brands like DragonTouch have awful lowlight performance, so if you're recording at night they'll look terrible.
Your video was so fun to watch!
Hey dude, was this season your age out year?
Yup! Sadly
eoooooo hellooOoo james
Do the bluecoats use a specific mouthpiece type
Yes, we use custom hammond mouthpieces at the bluecoats :)
@@Minecraftian10 is it different for those of you guys who switch to trombone or is it the same mouthpiece?
@@LuisRivera-rl9gl we just used the same mouthpiece, except for the bass bone player
very specific but i love the guy in the skirt and how nobody makes fun of him thats very epic
Didn’t even notice that. That’s cool :)
james 2 ur a god
james number 2 is way better than james number 1 whoops

Pitch bend was my favorite ending
How can you hold a baritone with one hand and play so good??
7:15 that dude was marching in jeans???
Nah those are track pants
James Evans still... they are pants... he must be hot

Saw you guys live in mesquite it was unforgettable such an amazing show!
I just simultaneously shit and came to this 6 words yall! 💙
😍😍❤️❤️❤️
Are you on a 51D?
2:23 As a baritone/Euphonium player I can confirm myself that this is how basically every Euphonium player acts, especially around its same section/species. Must..... join..... bloo... but....too....*expensive*.......
I just want to know how the hell you got those chairs up and down those red ramps because my band had trouble with our birdcages and they were on wheels😂
Lol my band has this euph now
That’s my friend!
I recently switched to euph/bari and I often see “lead” cams that never go near double F, or even Bb. I know it’s sometimes a joke, but do 1st part splits not exist on euph, or am I just a fool.
They exist they just don't need to go that high. That register doesn't signify skill. These rhythms and partial jumps are way harder than these guy makes it look.
ThatEuphonistInTheCorner Range control is a part of being a better player, low and high, which I don’t think I should need to explain further. Regardless, I never said the rythyms and jumps weren’t hard, I just wonder why bari parts are never written to be high, I would bet these guys could definitely do it.
+@@bobthecob8501 For clarification, I wasn't saying you don't have to be skilled to control that register, I just meant that they don't write in that register just for the sake of making a harder part, if that makes any sense. The baritone parts also do get that high, just not in this show in particular. I think Jagged Line's 1st Baritone part had some C's 4 bars above staff. This show likely just didn't need the Baritones to go that high for any reason.
ThatEuphonistInTheCorner Even though that range gets into mello range, and doesn’t make musical sense, I guess I’m still sad. But I understand
+@@bobthecob8501 Well, in the phrase where they hit that C, it's not consistently in that range, it's like an arpeggio from an F on staff
