Eurowings Discover/Lufthansa eine der schlechtesten Airlines!!!!Langstrecken Flug Sitze durchgesessen Rückenlehne nach 30 Minuten Schmerzen da in der Mitte der lehne so eine Wölbung ist. Alles extra zu bezahlen (Decke/Kopfhörer) Der Service wollten was zu Trinken haben Antwort von so einem Warm Duscher vorne steht was wir können uns was holen???Für was ist der im Flieger??? Frühstück nach LANGSTRECKEN FLUG !!!Ein mini Brötchen mit vertrocknetem Käser zum kotzen!!!!Es hat ja einen Grund warum die Lufthansa Gruppe auf Platz 15 Steht im Service!!!!

Was da die Eurowings an einem Bild abgibt. Und das was sie da wirklich bietet sind 2 paar Stiefel. Und wenn man einen beschwerde hat. Dann kommt eine nichts sagende antwort. Neuer Name und altes Problem. Auf meinem Flug von Frankfurt nach Bangkok und zurück bin ich fast verdurstet. Weil man mich vergessen hat auf dem flug. Dann haben sie mir Bier hingesetllt und das obwohl ich gesagt habe ich will Cola. Die sitze. Ich habe sogar Müll vom Vorgänger gefunden.
Hallo Thomas, es ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich, wenn du solche Erfahrungen machen musstest. Allerdings kann das nicht mit Eurowings Discover gewesen sein, denn die fliegen gar nicht nach Bangkok 😉
@@expipoint Ob Eurowings oder sonstiges. Wo Eurowings drauf steht kann nichts gutes raus kommen. Ärgerlich ist es wenn man aus reiner Verzweiflung beinahe auf das Flug WC geht um dort das Wasser zu Saufen um nicht zu verdursten. Ich hätte bei diesem Rückflug beinahe mein Auto nicht mehr bekommen das ich abgestellt habe. Und für die kosten wäre Eurowings nichts aufgekommen. Und wollte Eurowings nicht diese Sitze schon 2018 einbauen. Ich bekomme kaum etwas bei Eurowings auch nicht mit dem nennen Namen. Die sitze sind zu eng. Kaum Service. Und viel zu teuer. Geschweigeden kaum Stautsmeilen. Für einen Flug. Dann bis zu 3 Stunden der verspätete Abflug. Noch dazu ist es doch so schön wenn man denn Flieger betankt und die Passiere sitzt schon im Flieger. Das ist ein wunderbares Bild von einem Flugunternehmen.

Was kostet der Aufpreis denn?
Der neue Ferienflieger, ich lach mich schlapp! Schön 2x abgezockt beim Handgepäck und für jeden Tropfen Wasser in der Kehle wird kassiert, allerdings wird kein Cash dafür mehr angenommen, nur Kreditkarte, ansonsten verdursten. Nie wieder mit diesem Verein in den Urlaub, Frechheit! Einfach mal nach allgemeinen Bewertungen schauen! Tut mir echt leid für das Personal, was auf anderen Ebenen entschieden wird. Die Lufthansa beziehe ich hier als Mutter gleich mit ein. Nie wieder mit Euch!
