I work from 8am-3pm most days so this is my after work routine that goes from 3pm-9pm Monday to Friday. This varies slightly each day, as some days I meal prep or have event on in the evenings but majority of it remains the same.

There was just not enough time in my day to get everything done. So I have started waking up at 5am on days that I have work. Work generally starts at 8am for me.
