Hello. How long did it take for him to grow up from a sling?😊
I got him in February of 2017. He was the size of my thumb nail.
This makes me want to get old world tarantula as my first pet, but OW T’s are too fast, more dangerous, and more venomous bite. The idea of these urticating hairs floating in the air turns me off from getting NW.
Hahahah yeah I get it I totally hate urticating hairs... but I love my spiders! Getting a small amount of their urticating hairs on you is not that bad, it's more annoying than anything.

When they changed the genus name to "Tliltocatl" they also changed the species name to "albopilosus".

Hey Allen, unfortunately I can not do an update video with this guy. He currently has an amazing life with my brother-in-law. (He is just getting into the hobby). I can tell you that he originally made his burrow under the fake skull but after a few weeks he did some exploring of his new home and made a burrow in the back right corner.
We dont keep dwarf species but if we did this would the the one to turn us 🤘 Great video dude 😎
