Yeah I've seen several videos of it now where you can hear the drive cup slipping. But thankfully mine is holding up but ultimately I will upgrade the drive shafts 😁 But as you can imagine I have a few projects on go 🫣 So it's definitely on the list as funds permit 😁 I'm looking forward to hearing your opinions on it and how you get on with it 😊

@ I can imagine. The few I have keeps me busy, and my wallet empty. The motor and transmission came in today for my c8809. So I should have all the upgrades done on it for a while.

And edit the videos with youcut app on my phone 🤳🏻😁 I advance in time but for now it seems to be working 😊 Short videos under 60 second's don't necessarily need editing there is the option to add text and music on UA-cam for short videos 🙂

@ it’s pretty impressive right out of the box. Parts are very easy to find since Injora designed it around their aftermarket TRX4M parts and most are interchangeable. I bought a Injora 370 motor mounted to a metal transmission with 2 day free shipping. The brushless drop in options are available as well.

@ it will have all metal drivetrain with the transmission upgrade. Think I probably need to order some extra servos with the 70mm tires and extra weight I’ve added, it’s like picking up a brick, with oversized tires the way I have it setup.

@ they are ok, but definitely not worth the money. It’s just another set of those with the a sealed system you drop in where you put the spring.

@@suvsteve I preform better than what comes on it, but one one the ones that came on mine was bent or something and would only compress at the right angle. It caused the front end to have torque twist. I need to get my c64 back together now that I finally have everything I need.

@@suvsteve Hello again! It worked!!!!!!. Not the same car! Nothing "clicks" and is powerful. Which doesn't change the fact that I'm waiting for a metal shaft :). In addition, I changed the wheels to very similar ones (tread pattern) but a bit wider. But much more flexible. The fun continues! Thanks again!!!

And I unscrewed the cover from underneath - everything catches on - unnecessary...

There are 2-3 screw's each side of chassis between the suspension links once they are removed it simply drops down there isn't much holding it in place 😊

I normally get most of them from AliExpress as they normally have offers and sales on . Unless it's something brand new to the market I'll wait until it's in a sale of something. ​@@DoingRC I think I figured it as I get near the lake I've noticed that there was condensation/mist/due on the windows. So I likely had it on the camera lens to but didn't notice. So in the future I need to try and remember to wipe the camera lens regularly if it's misty 😊

Thanks buddy 😊 🍻 These do really well out of the box and can actually crawl to a good degree. And they are awesome trail trucks just don't go to deep in water as I don't think the electronics are waterproof I've got 3 atm 🫣 And I'm waiting on them realising the navy expedition type one and that will be in the collection to 😊they are holding up well so far. The yellow one comes in a foam box and was missing some shim's in 3 of the portals so those wheels look a little wobbly. Still performs well though 😊

And are actually surprisingly capable they don't do side slopes well with the heavy metal body but if you drive them how you would drive a real land rover they perform really well 💪🏻 Every one who has driven mine has brought one . And personally I love them. I don't think that you would be disappointed if you bought one 😊

I've used on a trail like in this video 👇🏻 ua-cam.com/video/OMN7T62o4YM/v-deo.htmlsi=YIs1MntvfOhAippx And actually it wasn't to bad yes I had to do a couple of 2 - 3 point turns to get around sharp corners but it wasn't a deal breaker and was actually quite nice to drive . Apparently if the steering wheel is disconnected it turns a little better But the biggest limit I can see is the wheels fouling the leaf springs but if they are spaced out a little I would think that would help too . But for the price it's worth buying and fettling with it I think 😊

@@suvsteve Oh ok, good to know man. For the price, yes, I agree with you, of course. Speaking generally, I can't believe that most brands still make this mistake or, in other words, haven't yet solved the problem on their products. I mean, I suppose it is something that, once solved, has no cost for the final industrial production. The only cost, minimal, will be related to a better design of that piece. Once it is better designed, they will simply apply it to all their vehicles, regardless of scale. This is not polemical, I just don't understand how such an important feature can be left out. If you will find a definitive solution to the steering problem, even through minor modifications, please let the community know with a nice explanatory video.
