I hate it.
Solar panels in GB.....good luck!
Impeccable artpiece❤
The small windows spoil it.
windows are too small. great for adding to the depression of the dark rainy season.
Very Nice. If I had a suggestion, it would be to give it more of an Old Pub/Library/Cat House feel. African Teak paneling throughout and on the overhead and deck. Large brass port holes and a 6-foot bathtub. And rig it with a diesel engine. I would not want to wait for a sunny day in jolly old England when needing to bug-out after the Muslim horde breaks lose, with machetes and hammers. Just saying.
Imagine spending so much on a boat then not spending £30 on a lav mic to advertise/show it off.
will heating it in winter be a problem for the batteries, maybe a solid fuel stove would be a good idea,
Groovy video
I think you should get yourself a personal mic. You are "off mic" for most of your video, hence the very "thin" audio. 🙂
I always understood that yachts have sails ! No doubt there’s someone out their desperate to tell me I’m wrong 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Nice looking well designed boat!😊
I could buy a house in Devon and a house in Spain for the same money.
Ones constant snuffling like a pig is rather irritating
Great vlog and an amazing boat but the price is a killer
£630,000 …how much! For a river boat ! Holy cow
It seems when you double the width of the boat you no longer have to maximize the use of the available space. As lovely as this boat is, their is a lot of wasted space.
Where are such wide boats used? Surely not on a lot of the UKs narrow canals, and certainly not made to go through some of the very narrow tunnels.
Why is the cost never mentioned on this type of video?
Everyone are talking wide beam.. but how tall can they be?
Nice, but when fitting heating rads bring the pipes out the wall & into valves as pipes coming out the floor make it a pain to clean. It also looks neater.
Beautiful looking barge. But I wouldn't be happy with who ever wired the Victron energy units. I have had apprentice's do better looking work. Make you wonder on the rest of the boat.
CO2 is plant food.
Stunning. Not sure about the keyless entry. Would anyone else be worried mooring this up in town? I fear this mobile Palace would be vandalised just because it looks so out of place. I certainly hope not, but I am a worrier and feel that other people stop me having nice things like this.
Somebody has way to much money
Thank u. Very luxurious. I’d say more for uk rivers. Personally not sure why 8ft headroom. But very nice widebeam. Love the fact it’s a hybrid too. Best wishes
Holy crap! How beautiful and amazing is that? I have seen a gorgeous narrow boat on " Cruising the Cut". This modern take, places it alongside it.
❤
Wonder why hand rails fold inwards, rather than sideways? You'd need to be a hurdler to get to the front on trips with bridges. Perhaps a ladder in the bedroom solves it?
...... have put plenty of these in the water at our yard .....and they never go anywhere ever ....... other than that i love the look of it ..... its got the wrong propultion system though ....... diesiel propultion would be better and more reliable ..... we all know that
Ahhh - thx for getting that audio squared away!
Great Boat! Terrible audio…
£630 grand is a bit over the top
Wonder how well it sets sail in high seas.
Dang that's nice. Must have cost a fortune.
Video starts at 01:44 Nope. Video starts at 02:13 Nope. Video starts at 03:27 Nope. Video never started. I quit at 04:55 . How could any man say so many words while communicating nothing.
Türkiye is it small nation
I do like the the overall build and details. Like a super yacht but on the inland water ways. Be interesting to see how she handles and what is the displacement fully loaded again an average barge. On a design point the owners cabin, would have like a forwards view while relaxing
LOL! HOW MUCH THOSE BATTERIES COST?? BETTER PUT 50 SOLAR PANELS ON THAT TURKEY! ELECTRIC, 'NOT YET!'
HE IS RIGHT ...
SLIDE coming out for COFFEE MACHINE... should ROTATE 90 degrees like those corner cabinet devices.
poor layout. you got to walk around the counter, wakl through the living room, avoid the tv stand out in the walkway carrying hot food to the upstairs dining table. Edge of the tv stand right at knee banging height
And I don't know if the corner settee turns into a bed-tgis should be an option and the spare birth with a fold away wall as its a rare use; more space at disposal means more compulsion to fill it and then it becomes an attic not a spare room. Or inconvenience and stress to make it livable. Using the cupboards at the bow is great, fantastic even, but what happens to the space behind that as a triangular shape? This would surely be a perfect spot for easy access controls if not the cockpit. Folding beds would be cool too, as an occasional use thing
Perhaps too critical but I see panelled walls and ceilings in the likes of caravans, boats and static caravans cheap looking. Van life has found laminated insulation board with glue and fiberglass mesh creates a superiorly strong and cheap and insulated material even rigid against movements with I'm sure enough movement so as not to break if that makes sense. But very strong. What I personally despise about the cheap paneling is it isn't integrated unlike plasterboard. Forget whether plasterboard is applicable in this environment, fact is the pvc connectors show too much and unsightly, not at all discreet. Another point is while it's neat, the linear actuator may have been poorly chosen or cheap. I'm sure there's plenty out there which are both specified for speed and load choices. As the keyboard folds vertical, it'll give space for the TV itself to lower into the cabinet, avoiding obstruction to the surely superfluous window while obstructed? Or a hydraulic piston to ease the TV effortlessly to the ceiling flat out the way. But inside a slightly higher cabinet would be ideal, no compromises but relatively negligible cost; still the floating wall concept and the side legs shouldn't be needed; perhaps it doesn't have 'drawer runners/guides' keeping it coming off the wall and the linear actuator keeping it vertically set. It seems the whole thing is connected just to the cheap plastic/chipboard thin panelling. This is a no-no if applicable
How do i go about buying one of these
Interesting , Thank You . Looks Well designed and built . My congratulations to the owners .
I'm not sure about this, not great for cruising, but great for l8ving on, if you can find a nice mooring with shorepower. Where is it now?
🌟 630k for a river boat😮😮😮
How much?
