After being collected in race 2 and finishing 17th (then promoted to 16th for the race) I had it all to do. Turned out my best race of the year!

Well after a mammoth effort to get the car out for race 2, we lined up 25th on the grid. The highs and lows of club level racing!

@Garage38Racing's first race in the BRSCC Clubman championship. Didn't end well, but over the moon with the performance. Driving needs lots of improvement, but walk before you can run!

So unlucky for that to happen in your first race. Also remember 5th is not 3rd, not the last time that will happen. I sometimes avoid 2nd for that reason 😅
I didn’t touch 2nd all weekend until then. No idea where it came from 😂

I carry a spare of those massive rear bolts which holds the hub in. Had one bend and then throw out all the alignment. Ball joints get a hammering on track too so good you've replaced that

Always a challenge between caring enough to get a decent car but not too much because you're racing it and it might have a limited lifespan!
