Test Video 2024-09-26
By manually editing a Movie Maker Video Settings File (`*.wlvs`, located in `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows Live\Video Profiles\`), you can achieve export settings higher than what the UI allows for (1080p, 135'000 kbps, 60 fps). This video is 3840x2160, 135'000 kbps, 60 fps.
(Higher frame rates also work, but UA-cam only supports up to 60 fps, so I didn't export at any higher frame rates)
The Minesweeper tutorial shown in the video is crude and not thorough. Please look for other sources to better learn how to play Minesweeper.
