@@marksimpson4783 as you know there is an alternative setup for both systeems, auro3d. and Atmos, and forgot to mention DTS-X Therefore the use of 4 height speakers. The only thing what is changed after the video, is the angle of 35 degrees for the height speakers, and directed to the MLP

Hello no, it's optical illusion from the camera perspective. the speaker are both the same distance from the MLP, and they are both turned in at the same angle.

Hello I already answered earlier in another comment 😉 I am aware that it is not the ideal arrangement for the rear speakers. But I have to make concessions regarding the setup. My high end setup (electrocompaniet, Audiophysic Virgo Mkll) has an absolutely perfect soundstage. These speakers need a lot of space, they are also placed quite far from the front wall, and therefore towards the front of the room. And believe me, according to the designer, the best arrangement would be that you as a listener should also sit against the back wall. Unfortunately, the sofa cannot move forward because then I would not be able to enjoy the great soundstage of my Audiophysic speaker😏 As for the experience in my home theater, the sound sounds more than okay, but unfortunately not optimal in terms of playback with Atmos, Auro3D, etc. But I can live with it very well. In any case, listeners who come to see films are enthusiastic, and so am I In my previous home I indeed had a much better setup. Then the front and rear were the same distance from the MLP, and that was about 3 meters from the front and also 3 meters from the rears. Thank you for your comment😄

The system is configured for both Dolby Atmos and Auro 3D. It goes without saying to use ceiling speakers for Dolby Atmos. Height speakers can also be used in a Dolby Atmos setup. in a good soundtrack with Atmos I use Atmos as a decoder. I mainly use the auromatic option for movies in DD or DTS

Absolutely no subs for listening 2 channels high end . The subs working only in LFE mode for hometheater Both systems are completely separate from each other.

The living room is 29 feet long and 13 feet wide The listening area is 14 feet long and 13 feet wide

It’s more than ok to have the tv at this height. Lowering it isn’t possible because of the high end equipment(electrocompaniet) But thanks for your comment 👍😄

77 inch oled is enough for me in this room 😅 The distance from the screen is 3 meters . We are not complaining 😄

For me the room is to small😅, but it’s not possible to make an dedicated hometheater room The part of that area in the living-room is 4.5 meter x 4 meters, so not actually a very small listening area

Definitely they are more systems that sounds great or better. The Yamaha ast s-1 are limited, but in this system they are doing there job great, and I’m more then satisfied with it. It a living room closing to other neighbors, so I have to deal with it. Otherwise the neighbors getting afraid and thinking there’s a earthquake going one 😂 Exactly my main hobby is the audiophile setup with the audio physic Virgo and electrocompaniet setup . And believe me I tried and listened to many setups, this combination is good as perfect, and almost unbeatable 💪 Thanks for visiting and appreciate your comment. Yes sadly you could get a wrong image from the recording with my iPhone . In real the tv is huge enough, and looks huge 😄 For this living room quit big enough. What about the soundtrack of twister, this is far much better then the Auro3d version what I own. Bass management is great in this atmos release. The picture quality looks much better then to blu-ray version, but his is my opinion . So the conclusion is they did a good job with this 4K transfer

Oh and a buttkicker LFE (if your furniture is a metal frame go buy one ) "TRUST ME" 2 buttkickers LFE are mounted in to the furniture, see the equipment list 😃

Thanks for your comment. It has only to do that these are 2 separate systems what I use . The tower speakers(audio Physic Virgo) are only using for 2 channel high end audio, with the electrocompaniet equipment. My wife is happy with it 😄

That’s the Electrocompaniet ECM-2 Mediaplayer There are two complete separate systems in equipment what I use One only for hometheater, and the other one just for high end, 2 channel For this video I used the hometheater system, but I need the Electrocompaniet ECM-2 Mediaplayer for playing content from Qobuz music sever
