I would advise against doing business with Sarah Wilkinson. We purchased a house in which she represented as the realtor that was supposed to have roof repairs completed prior to the sale, as per the due diligence agreement. However, after we closed on the sale, we realized that the repairs had never been done. This was despite the fact that receipts were provided for the work that was supposedly completed. The "contractor" who was hired and paid to fix the roof did absolutely nothing to the roof. We had a second inspection done to confirm our suspicions. After doing some digging, we discovered that the contractor Sarah hired is not even a licensed contractor. He is a fisherman and the boyfriend of her friend. Our realtor is still working on getting this matter resolved, but Sarah continues to deny any responsibility.

Do you own your own business within eXp? What does “Agent Centric” mean? When I get started, there’s so much information thrown at me. How do I know where I am in the onboarding process? How important is my sponsor when I get started and as time goes on? What kind of support does eXp give me? I have business built up with my current brokerage; how do I transition my buyer and seller activities?
