sorry for the shit audio in this video, for whatever reason, the iPhone 12 Pro Max that I shot this video just has horrible audio for some reason (when the audio even decides to work), when I get my new phone, the iPhone 13 Pro max will be used for all recording, and the audio out of that phone sounds so much better than this one

One of the reasons the blue LED’s are so damn nasty is because they have a great deal of near-UV (ultra violet) “black light” radiation in the spectrum, and it actually fluoresces your corneas and it blurs vision in exact same way as looking straight at a BLB deep violet Woods’ glass (that looks black when off) fluorescent black light tube, or a much rarer mercury vapor BLB lamp. This bothers your eyes. It is not necessarily harmful to the eyes like UV lamps with actual dangerous UV emissions, but they are still harsh and black light fluorescing the corneas is just uncomfortable. Yes, blue LED’s are nasty. Blue LED INDICATOR lights on gadgets and appliances are just as bad, even a tiny blue LED on a gadget in your room at night WILL mess up circadian rhythms and keep you awake! Also, the “cool white” LED Christmas lights running between 5000 and 7000 K are awful! Harsh and stark, and also mess up circadian rhythms. Cheers! 😋👍🏻
