      No, cordycep is now grown just like another mushroom and it’s a commercial crop that’s grown in the controlled environment.

    My seller told me 15 mins is the ideal boiling time to extract everything from it and that practically 6-7 is fine. Also Im taking only 3-4 stems for 1 cup. What do you think?

      3-4 stems are fine do note that you should add more if you are using dry cordyceps mushroom. My take is you should balance the flavour if you boil the mushrooms for a longer duration it become a bit bitter.

      Making a tea is the most easy option to consume cordyceps. We do have sphagetti recipe, key point is regular consumption.
