7:37 was what I needed for the view base scale thanks!
There is no connector that plugs into my starter interrupt so I can’t jump those on the wiring side and jumping them on the box does nothing also I hooked up wires and bridge the solenoid to get the engine to turn over and the car won’t start even with the engine turning over how do I get this thing to freaking start?
if you follow the starter interrupt wires you'll find they tee into two blue connectors,, disconnect the whole loom and plug the two blue connectors back into each other
Worked great on my 1998 Subaru Forester S all-wheel drive
Perfect! Refreshed my knowledge and learned new tricks.
You have no idea how much this helps. I have been stuck with a problem at my job for 3 hours and what you showed me fixed it.
It worked! I had a hard time disconnecting the two wires from the alarm because the the white plastic connectors were burnt and melted together. I ended up ripping both parts out, cut off the melted connectors, stripped the wires, and capped them together. I wish I learned this before buying and installing a new inhibitor switch (aka neutral safety switch) which did not solve the problem like this did. I also wish I would have just plugged in the new inhibitor switch and adjusted the lever by hand instead of installing it on the transmission and then trying to start the car. Thank you for this helpful video.
Thanks for your video. I made a similar dynamic block but I have a problem. I need to have a minimum and maximum distance between 0.60 and 0.40 meters to create my wall system (wooden structure). The distance will depend on my project. I need to create a block capable of adjusting to the size of the wall and automatically set the distance by dividing it without the need to do a manual calculation of what I will have between columns. I hope this is clear. My parameter is to get columns that are the same distance between 0.4 and 0.6 in one strech. Do you know if this is possible?
the best AutoCAD tutorial I ever see!!
tq dude
<3
It's like you knew I would need this 9urs later thank you
You are welcome. Glad it helped!
Okay but what if I wanted a fixed distance between frames when stretching so the bigger it gets the more frames get added
U need to add an array ;)
Hugely thanks for this! Very very useful!
Thank you very much, will try on my octavia mk1 2000
You are a god send been fighting this for a minute now
You don’t say where the control unit is located
This doesn't make sense I'm trying to do it on my car here's car has more or less pens than mine and I'm running into a hue my car won't start and I'm just trying to eliminate this and his way isn't going to work but it's the same Box it looks like
What colors are 4&5?
Hi- my distance multiplier is showing in inches and not as a multiplier- do you know how I can change that to remove the inches reference and have it as a half or other multiplier please? thanks
Best instruction video on stretch. I was struggling with a window block but now understand. Thank you so very much!
Sorry to be offtopic but does anybody know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account? I somehow lost my password. I love any tips you can give me!
@Andy Shepherd instablaster :)
@Victor Calvin I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im in the hacking process atm. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Victor Calvin It did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy! Thanks so much, you saved my account!
@Andy Shepherd happy to help :)
Will the alarm system being faulty cause a no spark or just no crank?
I believe this only interrupts the starter signal (not the ignition/spark).
thank you for this video because this video have english, about of autocad many video has on the youtube but few english. I'm not good this language but understand it little
I think it would work without chain... this is not a chaining video.
You are correct. I modified the title. Thanks for pointing this out.
@@joshuanelson571 you are welcome. Thanks for your videos :)
Thank you. Can I use the same process to section the isometric drawing?
After 3 years years of fighting this, you have help me beyond measure....
glad to hear it!
I know this is an old video but would a temp solution be just pulling it out completely? I'm fine with going to full manual locks but gotta get rid of this intermittent starting issue
This guy's a fucking moron. "See the traces are all bubbled up? That's bad. Could be from heat or leftover acid from etching." Dude, get a clue. Nothing is "bubbled up", and that's perfectly normal for a PCB that's been soldered in a wave soldering machine. There's a layer of solder plated over the copper traces, underneath the solder mask, and when the board passes over the solder wave the mask wrinkles. That indicates NOTHING.
1999 Forester intermittent starting problems gone by detaching the Starter Interrupt wire and soldering it to itself. The relay was going bad and caused lots of starter issues. Thanks for the information Joshua!
You are welcome! Glad it helped.
Worked like a charm thank you
Did you cut the wires that go to the Alarm module and splice them together? I've tried several ways to override the alarm and nothing has worked.
Help.97 subaru legacy doesn't kill alarm or allow to start?
After I finally figured out exactly what you showed everyone in this video I disconnected the module and jumpered the two connections you showed and total success, no more alarm issues causing a no start or random alarms going off. Thanks 😊
I fixed my security problem this way and now I have an engine light but car runs ..... unfortunately I need to smog and wont smog with engine light
This mod should not affect the engine management system. I suggest checking the codes and finding out what the issue is.
Joshua Nelson Thank You for your reply
Thank you. I had to infer you made the jumps on the wire harnesses, but I did and now I can start the car.
just to clear, the ability of using the FOB is gone right?. thanks for the video
That is correct. If you follow these instructions it will be as if there was never any keyless entry. The power locks, however, will still operate.
Worked great. Thanks so much. 1998 outback
Joe Kaperick hello I seen you b replied to this post. I have a similar issue. So this eliminates the box all together? thanks
The jumper modification for the two-wire starter plug-in does not stop the siren on the 1999 Forester
This is great!!! Thanks so much!!!
does this work on 2001 impreza bug eye???? my blinkers stay on while driving.
