After more than 25 years of spiritual practice, now I would like to share what I know. I have studied Buddhism as a nun in a monastery in China, and spent years following a meditation master. Now I run my little tea shop and try to learn from life here in the US. I'm still growing from learning, but I want to grow together with you who are curious.
I'm interested in helping us find our true self, to wake up our spirit in a truthful way. In our daily practice, we are going to learn true knowledge from everywhere and everyone, without depending on anyone excessively.
Practice is a daily life experience, it's not a quick miracle thing with some kind of magic power. If you are looking for that, then sorry, I'm not that kind of person. But if we can humble ourselves and be patient, eventually we will reach greater enlightenment and wisdom.
Life is short, let's begin now and grow together.

我不想跟自己比賽 因為每一世都有不同的角色跟體驗 我只是想活成自己 過去生的自己 如果是跟我一體 就是體驗這個版本這世的生活 因為是過去世我不可能回去過去 但它們可能會在我體內或知道我這邊的狀況

1. 此種論調, 青蛙跳水! 2. 人類降生以來, 有累世的脾氣毛病習慣, 非一朝一夕所能改變! 3. 重點在於, "能不能" 覺知 自己的 問題 所在! 4. 修行法門多種, 坐禪 念經 持咒 都能消業除障, 自然就能 逐漸地改變 自已的問題(障礙) 而不是講: 坐禪沒用 念經沒用 持咒沒用
师兄误解了，坐禅，持咒当然有用，但是我们的心需要用在对的方法上才行。如果心无正念，只想靠持咒坐禅来开悟解脱是煮沙成饭，以石磨镜，终不可得。你说呢？
@@fengxiaosstudio7404 你點到重點了! 就是: "只想" 靠 持咒坐禪 來開悟解脫 如果影片中有提到 "只想靠 持咒 ... 開悟" 那當然 正確無誤 但若沒有, 那就不是正確觀念! 因為 坐禪 念經持咒, 就是為了消除 累世的脾氣毛病習慣妄想, 等到 這些缺點業障都消除乾淨了, 屆時, 經過多年薰修的唸經咒 自然能開啟智慧 做應當做的事了! 才開始修行, 本來就有很多障礙妄想, 難道就說: 坐禪沒用 念經沒用? 自我規定每天該做什麼功課, 就持續堅持地去做, 久而久之, 業障妄想 就會一點一滴地消除. (我的親身體驗 就是如此)
這句話智慧很高，但可能不是你說的。也許他是指如理作意

I was impressed his involvement with Henry Street Settlement in NYC.. my husband lived on Henry Street with his parents when he arrived from China as three year old. Also read your husband had some photography at George Eastman; Rochester NY. My husband used to be employed by Kodak but the Company is long gone. You must be so proud of the many wonderful creative work that your husband is gifted.. He had the vision and talent. It is priceless !! Nice you are sharing on this channel!!
