How many sessions to do per day and when should I expect to see results?
Please better consult your therapist for such questions. I use the videos once a day for my PPPD dizziness and they help pretty quickly.
Questo esercizio è adatto per la fusione oculate eventualmente dove posso trovare esercizi utili per la convergenza oculare ?ps è possibile mettete le “istruzioni per l ‘uso anche in italiano ? Thanks
😊😊😊😊😊
I get dizzy when im scrolling my phone or PC. Will warching this help?
Sounds like cybersickness. I don't know if the movie will help. They are mainly for PPPD dizziness. But I would definitely give it a try. I had something similar once. It helped me a lot to move the monitor further away.
@@timwehrmann6234 is cybersickness curable? I've been to 3 opthalmologists and a vision therapist and little help that did me
Hello, should I watch the whole 10 mins per session?
I think 5 minutes should be enough, but 10 minutes is of course better.
Where to focus when using this video ?
You can focus any dot you want.
Fantastic video....for focusing on an object with a moving distraction back ground....I have some tbi and its hard to explain, but I see very well, but my attention is not focused like it was.
Recovery from concussion is no fun.
El punto rojo se difumina cuando se cruza y me deja mareado saturado pero sin vértigo
This video is brutal, I´ll save it for my daily therapy
Excelente
Eshe karne se kya hota h
Thank You God Bless🙏🏽
man you didnt tell this was gonna be level 3
wow what a ride :)
iim working my way up to a minute, doing 4 to 4 sets of 20 to 30 seconds, thank you for this
these are really good , thanks :)
you're welcome. Glad to help.
i enjoyed following the red dot, hopefull these will help me overcome pppd. god bless you sir
One of the best
thank you🙂
It’s only supposed to be one red dot, right? I sometimes see two of them.
Yes, only one dot.
Huh. Guess I need to get that checked out then.
The same to me. When it goes from one side to the other of the scream the red dot doubles
That is complex anatomy with a complex rig. I'm very impressed.
Thank you:)
@@timwehrmann6234 No problem. 👍
Ok, thank you. But then, i must ask: where the figure come from? Is it an add-on or something like that? What I love about it Is that you may see the anatomy under the skin and still move the figure along with it. Where can i get that figure, please?
Hi. This is an animateable polygon model that I built. No add-on. I sell it on cgtrader. Link is in the description.
Oh, I see. Quite nice job you’ve made! Congrats! I’ll check out the link. Thanks
It looks great!
Thank you. The first app is cinema 4d, the second Blender
Hi. Which app is this?
is this helped outward exotropia?
I don't know, I don't think so. Better ask your doctor.
Do you watch with one or both eyes glasses on or off. TFS 🤓
I watch with both eyes.

Thank you for the videos I like the faces on the red ball stay well
Wow, my vertigo was not prepared for this! I'll have to revisit after I'm further in vestibular therapy.
Exactamente!
THANK, THANK.
Will it improve my eye sight for how much time
I really appreciate it if anyone answers my question. what is the difference between visual tracking exercises and optokinetic stimulation exercises? Thanks a lot
The way I understand it... Optokinetic must be morelike an "environment" stimulus, thats why the best quality of the 1st person view of the video is very important, and the patients objective is to hold the perception of how that environment is moving. It stimulates the visual - spacial motion sensors Visual tracking is a one kind of visual movements
I Think optokinetic response is an automatic response to a large field of view moving ,whereas tracking is small and voluntary...if your parked and you are about to backup and the car next to you suddenly moves out,you get the feeling you are moving....this to me is optokinetics and your brain normally deals with it (mine with tbi,not so much)
How does this work? Do I stay focused on the red dot?
You can focus any dot you want.
What am I,supposed to do? Stare at the Red dot?
Yes. Or follow a single stripe.
@@timwehrmann6234 What is this supposed to do?
So I've been taking brain therapy for my mtbi and this is what they have me doing by tracking the dot with small head swivels for 30 secs. Following the stripe doesnt hurt as much as the other head swivels for me . I appreciate this alot Tim . Much love
Thank you!!!
Merci! C'est exactement ce que je recherchais!
