Just bought an 89 c4, and while the owner was delivering it the targa top blew off on him... I was not to impressed but he made a claim and i got 2200 back on the purchase for it, but now the hunt is on to find a decent condition top for a decent price, i got lucky and can still use the old one for now but it does not look to nice 😂

These so called issues aren't specific to the Terrain. Every car brand suffers these same problems.

I had a 2014 GMC Terain with the four cylinder motor, and the backup camera stopped working just after I purchased the vehicle. The ventilation system stopped working several years later, so I had no air or heat. My car burned oil like it was the Exxon Valdez, I had to add three to four quarts of motor oil into the crankcase every several weeks. When it rained, all the water entered my car through the closed sunroof. The timing chain was the last straw because it was failing, so I went out and purchased a new fully loaded Honda Pilot, which I love. Someone I know who works at an auto salvage yard told me to get rid of my Terain because the Terain is a pile of shit, he then told me his scrap yard is full of Terains with both the four and six cylinder motors that are blown due to timing chain and transmission failure. Do not purchase a GMC Terain.

Yes there is a 1000 personal miles per year rule. Car shows, parades, maintenance, and educational purposes are exempt from the mileage limit. But everytime you drive a historic registered vehicle it's an educational experience.

I have white 94 SL and I really don't like the look of the OEM wheels on it. Can you confirm that I can easily swap on any 16's, 17's, or 18's as long as their bolt pattern remains at 5x114.3? Will the Hub bore be a problem and will I need hub bore rings? As far as I know the OEM hub bore is 67.1mm but almost all aftermarket wheels I see are 73.1mm Thanks!

The Buick Estate Wagons were the best station wagons with that Awesome 455 engine. Very lush & plush, big payload & that excellent Buick ride. I didn't like the little sun window on the Olds Vista Cruiser because it was useless & prone to leakage. The Pontiac Safari Wagon was also better than the Vista Cruiser. Buick Estate Wagons were the best Wagons though!!!

Proud 97 3000GT sohc 188k miles Owner here. Well done input. Air Filter Mod is a must. Remind people these need blead when ur replacing coolant.. especially if they get hot enuff and blow the reservoir cap .. cause it will suck air into your system and it will appear full .. So bleed it.. til air bubbles stop comin out the cap. check the wheel bearings too.. i replaced mine all round and new brake system installed.. it will feel like a new car... ive had many vehicles over the years.. the 3000 GT is my favorite.

Dang,I own a 92 corvette lt1 and was even lightly slamming,the hood,after what you said,I will never close my hood that way again,only lowering it to push the clamps down.i appreciate that tip for sure.

Old OE injectors are a huge problem . Especially ones from the 80's and early 90's . Not compatible with fuels containing ethanol. Replacing them is usually best . Cars that get driven and maintained are usually better than as drivers than those that sat incorrectly stored.
