A SUPERIOR COAST | Solo Hiking The Coastal Trail in Lake Superior Provincial Park
September 2021 | I'll never forget how I felt the first time I travelled to Lake Superior Provincial Park in Algoma County, Ontario. The never-ending smell of fresh pine, the crystal clear turquoise waters and the extremely rugged Canadian shield on display. That feeling had me fixated on one day returning to traverse The Coastal Trail. To explore the natural beauty of the landscapes within the many unfrequented coves, beaches and campsites only accessible by long grueling distance on foot. My backpack, fishing rod and I spent three long secluded days on the trail. I hope my film inspires you to one day do the same, cheers.

Dude you are so good! I'm just now starting in video editing, I would love to know how to do those transitions you were doing at the apex of the song!
Much appreciated Shriram. For most transitions I set them up while shooting. For example, I would film a shot while panning right and then quick pan down. The next shot in the timeline would be a shot that begins with a pan down into a smooth shot and then pan in another direction. Using speed ramps to assist with the transition. Good Luck, it's fun to get creative with it!

Thanks for the comments! All the shots with my Sony were handheld, stabilization in post. The lens is a Sony 18-200 OSS

No Denis, the only times I ran into trouble with signal were in big cities. For that reason I avoided flying in major cities.
