How to INVEST in the STOCK MARKET for BEGINNERS (2023)
WS cash account gives me 2.25% interest which is very low 😢, why ?
Do you invest in these equally in the same account? Or do you divide these through different tfsa/rrsp accounts ? Im new to investing and would like to know if investing into multiple etfs at the same time in the same tfsa account would benefit me longterm or is it better to focus on one ? Thanks for the help
If a company is really good it will be part of the Nasdaq beca It will grow enough to join If the S&P500 has a company and the Nasdaq doesn’t then it’s returns are capped to an amount that isn’t significant.
What about XEI
I hope one day you will make a video on how to buy voo or any us etf for begginers TIa
Hi please are you based in Canada? If yes can I call you I want to learn how to trade thanks
Love it! Super insightful and appreciate the realness. Will be looking into some dividend stocks once I cash out of the crypto market. Always need something safer for the long run. What dividend stocks would you recommend in 2025?
I have Simplii Financial, no fee checking account. It's not the best, but I got the $500 cash reward bonus!
Your TFSA is not very good. You are averaging 8.3%. You need a better strategy sndnshould be aiming for 10% with no effort and at leadt 30% on a volatile plan.
Is the consistent increase of yield per year a bad sign for those companies ? (I’ve heard many people talk about yields being very high is a sign the company is trying to honey pot investors because they aren’t doing so hot ) Not saying high yield is always bad , just wondering if consistently raising yield is a sign of decline
I would probably go with the larger aum. More liquid. If its all apples to apples in terms of fees and dividends.
1 year late and agree with investing in index funds but Jordan wasn’t a day trader nor did he invest in stock he sold them to investors fraudulently.
I started to invest on VFV but only saw today that there's a 15% withholding tax😂 what am I gonna do
Hey just to ask if those tips are still relevant to this year ?
Get both
What if you have open hisa on wealthsimple on your tfsa can you still buy stock ?? Or you cannot touch your money on your hisa
Hii bro can you make lengthy video about how many etf and mutual fund is there to invest in us stocks any etf or mutual fund is there to invest top 50 us stocks
I pick you 💕 ... Okay so let's do this .. 💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵 Matt
i wonder if i will hit that 7k yearly contribution limit just by buying stocks haha
Hello, I want to start investing, but I'm unsure where to start. Do you have any advice or contacts for assistance?

Trading in Bitcoin now is the wisest thing to do now especially beginner....
Most people think, investing in crypto is all about buying coins and leaving it to rise, come on it takes much analysis to be a successful crypto trader.
Trading without professional guide...Huh I laugh you, because you will remain where you are or even make huge losses that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders
As a beginner investor, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Myself, I'm guided by Melista Lynn Avery. A widely known crypto consultant
As a Montréaler at 21, this definitely is inspiring me to open a TFSA. Thank you. 💚
please suggest one Mirae Asset S&P 500 Top 50 vs Motilal Nasdaq 100? Please reply
Thanks for great video! Xuu have currency conversion fees?
Am I missing something..wealthsimple does not give 4% interest?
Not a great video, the goal should have been some suggestions on high dividend diversified ETFs to earn 50K per year. And if you need 50K per year to live off you 2x that amount gross.
This is average which inludes millionaires.this is not good statistic, .you need to find a median savings for Canadian so the millionaires get excluded
VFV
Assuming the market doesn’t crash and performs as expected, which is better- With say $600/m 1)Invest $600 in one ETF each month or 2)Investing $200 in three different ETFS each month I’m never clear on compound interest but I’m guessing option one takes more advantage of compound interest and option two is safer?
How often should i invest in my etfs?
Is it OKAY or advised rather to invest in both? And how much monthly should i invest into? If im low income
Someone answer this man’s question
Just invest in zsp because if you invest in both you’ll pay double fees
Bro the currency hedge is in favour or not for investing in cad ? Without considering withholding tax and management fees?
If we are investing in canadian etf which is tracking us stocks if the canadian dollar weakens will we have less returns ??
How you make a account?
you first need to find a broker, i reccomend swaymarkets, then you deposit money into your swaymarkets wallet from where you deposit wanted amount into your live account which you make. I reccomend asking for chat support on swaymarkets where they guide you step by step.
Housing is off for all provinces.
Bruh
what investing platform are you using?
The average is higher by 5x or 6x so do the math. People are not in good shape either way you cut it in Canada...especially toronto. If your net worth isn't 1.5 million or by 40, and you don't expect an inheritance of a sizable amount, you're looking at a humble retirement.
I like VDY as there's nothing more motivating to me than a dividend snow ball
Its not 1.7M. Its 2.5M. For most the median net worth at 50 is 300k and 500k by 60. A poverty retirement living standard is what most have to look forward to. Enjoy!
I have 20k in vfv for my tfsa and 10k of voo in my rrsp cheers!
Nice work!
So let me get this right you transfered money from your TFSA to your stock and consider that TFSA savings? I'm learning 😮😅
Hello I want to invest and I’m not age of 18 or over yet so is there anyway I could invest if yes then pls help me
I am in Canada, if I invest in VFV do I have to pay 15% of tax because it holds USA companies?
Nope because it tracks SP500 but is in canadian $. Even better if you use your CELI.
How often will you invest? I'm learning i think I can afford 100 monthly
I am very troubled by this. Because I transferred 100,000 directly from my bank to TFSA and invested in various companies. But as I later learned, investing more than your allotted room in a TFSA can cause you problems, including your capital. I have sold my existing companies and opened an unregistered account in an attempt to get out of it. Anyway, I would like urgent help with this issue.
Why international exposure? Or exposure in general?
Vdy may have the edge short medium term as it has lagged with hight interest rate... Dropping rates will add more juice to them!!
How do I get started, I’m so tired of the poor interest rates the banks are offering
ETFs are the scam of the century. Gold and silver in your own possession are the way to go. The fiat currencys, and this corrupt financial system are going down.
I have zsp . Both are good .
Canadian can’t get monetized I’m not getting any they always say u get $100 but all lie wasting time on TikTok all Canadians including me
What?
@@MattShoss u can’t get money on this platform are u Canadian
Prefer zsp simply due to having more options trading Can actually do the poor man's covered call with it
