Thanks Texas Matt. I was not aware of this virus that is currently causing a Level 2 Travel notice. I really would not enjoy being sick as a result of catching this virus from a mosquito. As you may know I am an avid fishermen, and being so, I experience many bug bites throughout the warm months of the year. Many times I forget to apply any spray to repel these pests, though the next time I plan to go out for some "me-time" on the water, I will remember your insightful advice.

2025 is bullshit. I live in Tennessee and I just renewed a Model S today and paid that $200 extra, and last year for me in August it was $100 extra, so today i paid $271 for a renewal. Think of it as this. When 2025 vehicles are released they'll be released in the fall of 2024. In relation to the 2025 registration tax, in starts in July of 2024 thru July 2025 and in July 2025 it's likely to change again. Now this could vary by state but for Tennessee it's already begun. What's crazy is it doesn't matter how much you actually drive the car or mileage at all. It still costs so much extra. I have 4 other gas power vehicles so it's not like buying an electric car means I'm spending less on road tax. They're all registered and they all get driven plenty.

they are doing this because the laws against THC are easing. half the states have legalized fully, THC and if the current system remains eventually there will be too many empty seats. urine testing UP TO 30 days, saliva up to 2 days maximum. it's a small positive step

When people refuse to Police themselves, then the Law has to do it for them.

I have been hoping for 30 years that they would stop the PA state inspection but I don't think we will ever see it happen. Almost everyone in the state would rather pay $15 more and not have to spend time doing inspections every year. Most cars on the road are no more than 12 years old and really don't need to be inspected. A driver knows when their brake are going bad and you can drive a long time even when they are worn out. I think he is making it too complicated with the digital plates and the classic and antique vehicle stuff. He is almost setting himself of to fail. Just get rid of the state inspections and everyone will be happy. If people want to still inspect their cars every year just let them take it to a mechanic to look the car over if they really are scared of having an unsafe car. It really is not that difficult. We don't need the state to tell us to maintain our cars.

California does what it wants to do guys struggling to make a living, and they're worried about the environment/clean air, and now what do they do essentially throw another cost on a owner operators I'm hoping if and when republicans take back both houses of congress and trump is elected just maybe truckers will get some relief, but don't hold your breath, the EPA is following California's lead ....

Over 2000 minutes of waiting Just an update if you’re dealing with this, I got my stuff settled with one of those registration places. I just paid the fees and got my certificates via email.

Those are pure problems. I think my truck will sell better because there are a lot of problems with the DF system.
