Don't worry about the sugar in the Liquid IV! Just like gatorade, the sugar is what transports the hydration to your cells :) I'm not sure about the sugar-free ones scientifically, but I know for sure I feel better drinking regular gatorade vs the sugar free

I grew up in a 2% house (very very standard in Canadian houses) but when I got to high school we were huge multi-milks (my mom used almond, I used oat, the rest of our family used 2%)

We don’t have shake shack anywhere close to where we live so when we are in FL at Disney we leave property and drive to the closest shake shack mulllltiple times throughout our vacay and it is worth it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

How quick you were with the “yea Cory has that I don’t have that” killed me 😂😂😂😂 would loooove if you opened a PO Box and could pin trade with you through it! 😍 also also I’m a chronic medicated blistex user and I find it just re dries my lips out so fast, a never ending cycle lol! I recently started using those Vaseline sticks as lip chap instead too and LOVE them! Feels like it keeps moisturized longer than the medicated stuff

The la roche posay is 10/10 for me! Super gentle but clean and doesn’t leave your skin feeling dry

that tresemme hairspray is the best for keeping your slick backs slicked back! also i’m 100% a hard shell person. with all that stuff on tacos i need a nice crunch! soft shell is alright if you throw it back on the pan and get a nice sear on it

Coming from someone who was doing absolutely zero physical activity, other than walking through Disney, like you said lol.. being flexible with myself and not holding myself to any goal other than at least 30 minutes on the walking pad a day no matter what time of day has been a game changer for me. Pro tip: put on a walking through Disney POV on UA-cam while you walk :)
