So girls locker room is off limits?
What about parts ?
My sister is 21 and I'm 19 can she transfer me a handgun?
Like removing an old dudes pecker
I don’t believe an anonymous tip can justify the auto exception
Great video
I was caught with a firearm like 10 years ago. Was charged with possession of a firearm without being registered…. how can I find out if I am eligible to purchase a firearm today?
Start by calling my firm.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Does the ammo have to been in a locked container when being transported to a shooting range as well?
How much is an expungement?
California what code?
What public law is that? Please don't cite a penalty code as those require lawful contracts to be binding and no dmv agents have ever given that up at any dmv test or renewal. 😂😂😂 criminals lie, bar dogs 10 x as much.
I don't have a ccw and it's registered to me but i keep in my trunk in lock box. Am 8 in violation. Gun is registered to me
technically yes. I believe it has to be double locked, meaning a trigger lock, safe and no ammo near it. California is uptight. 😢
So, if your drunk and want to drive although you have this device in your car and you have a sober buddy blow instead of yourself ,then you're fine ..🤔
Some of the machines have cameras now and it sees your face when you blow. I've had clients get busted for that before.
They have cameras that they check now
@@ColinRudolphEsq.I contacted you on your webpage. I live in MN and I need help with my situation
So pepper is deadly?
Corrupt politicians fear armed retaliation...
Ok, im a floridian so i was worried till you mentioned cuck land.
Shall not be infringed, is pretty clear!!
Agreed
Nothing but a $ game against the poor.
can't say "you're speeding? we get to search your car."
They need to be looking for something specific with probable cause to back it up
Right, " of a crime" Speeding is not a crime. No seatbelt is not a crime. None of the reasons we are pulled over for, none are crime related. Evidence of a crime. Crime. Crimes consist of a witness and injured party, neither do they ever have without a crime. I should have a right to face my accuser, If my accuser is a county how can I be "summoned" to court by a stack of papers????
A Justice system that is allowed to lie will go in your house and lie about any reason they went in
Thanks for the information. Hey Trumpers 👋 👋 👋 Your own laws are going to be used against you. Very very soon.
Def loud grandma ( Other example young man playing Call of Duty with a headset on) excites shootout over misunderstanding Noone is charged Innocent bystanfers in the house no longer with us law is flawed af
Only for the purpose that created the exigent circumstances? If they see a couple of dead cops in your house, they can't do anything about that?
Before any police officer stops you, they must have probable cause ‣ Article Four in Amendment prohibits law enforcement officers from arresting citizens without probable cause (citations omitted); in cases Santiago v. City of Vineland 107 F.Supp.2d 512,561-62, 564 (D.N.J. 2000); Hillvy Algor, 85 F.Supp.2d 391, 397-98 (D.N.J. 2000) arrest made without probable cause violates the Fourth Amendment; Rzayeva v. Foster, 134 F.Supp.2d 239, 248- 49 (D.Conn. 2001) holding involuntary civil confinement is a "massive curtailment of liberty", is tantamount to the infringement of being arrested and can be made only upon probable cause, citing Vitek v. Jones,445 U.S 480, 491, 100 S.Ct. 1254, 63 L.Ed.2d 552 (1980); Schneider v. Simonini, 749 A.2d 336, 163 N.J. 336, 361-65 (2000)
They can have reasonable suspicion of a crime, they do not need probable cause in that instance prior to search/seizure of the person. Probable cause is necessary for arrest.
Except they are allowed to lie!
Then they have the “welfare check” trick, which usually winds up with the person they check on being offed. Gotta cover that one, too.
Yeah but they determined as well that they can't follow someone in a house over a simple misdemeanor so it better already be a felony stop
Don't see any exceptions mentioned at all in any of the Bill of Rights let alone the 4th, whatever exceptions exist are those that were created and placed there by the Federal Government to get around the Bill of Rights. The only branch of the Government that is empowered to make law is the legislative branch, the judiciary can't and the executive branch can't. If the law is found to be in violation it must go back to where it was created and repealed. That is the way that I have understood how it works.
The 4th is unreasonable searches and seizures. Unreasonable being the key word. So if a cop walks by your window and see you holding someone at gun point.. the 4th no longer stops that entry.

DAVIS v. LISLE 1936 Trespass and LAWFULLY beating up COPS !!!😅
No a minor cannot give consent
They most certainly can under certain circumstances.
@@TheRudolphFirm right certain circumstances and even then it's scrutinized very sharply but we all know cops lie so
So getting a laser and blinding people with it would be considered mayhem.
Under certain circumstances, it could be.
lol this dude is a clown. pre text stops are legal.. he literally said the police will stop you for a violation… like a brake light being out, speeding, etc… thus making the traffic stop legal
If you were pulled over for a violation. You can cry "pretext" stop all day, but the stop is legal. You are wasting your breath. Go cry somewhere else.
Remember y’all. Sometime we order stuff online and have to wait a month 😂
What if someone was to flash it while still in a holster
Almost always brandishing. Some states are different and have different standards
I do Tactical Security, and I plead with my boss to let us carry .45s. That 100% stopping power is unmatched. These Glocks are trash.
9mm is just as effective. At least you’re not carrying 22 or 25 acp. At least I hope not 😂
California is a disgraceful state
problem is you dont get to decide what you feel is reasonable someone else does after the fact. and thats BS
Cops get to mag dump, but you don't. Remember, Governments = Control or Kill.
so carry a lot of weapons and pick the same one as the perp?
Move to a stand your ground state people
Thats why you don't vote democrat. Like almost all laws in California that one sucks. How do you know exactly how much force their going to use? What if you can't physically match their force?
Don't pull your gun when one is point at you. That'll get you an express one way ticket to see god.
Stop calling the cops
Fine I’ll call your mom instead
Yeah, but the thief can simply call 911 before robbing you, just in case you pull out your gun... Then you're still screwed!
Then you'll REALLY need a lawyer.
Sadly but true this one cop said the same thing
I've had clients with this exact story. That's why I want to help educate the public.
