Acts 5:31 Him (Jesus Christ) hath God "exlated" with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. What does exalt mean? To be placed to a higher rank, level, or power. So if they are coequal as your trying to say this is false doctrine making the Bible false. Because at one time Jesus was not in the station as he is now and that didn't happen till after he was resurrected. Consubstantial means being made of the same substance I don't see any supporting evidence of that anywhere. Respectfully, if you don't see what he described here as the face of Matthew 28:19, you have the cover and the flyleaf, but you have lost the plot, brother. We all do. When we think that saving souls and making disciples has nothing to do with loving and celebrating the love of the broken images of God around us (which is us too) we run the real risk of being Pharisees that want holiness but refuse to recognize the face of God present here Matthew 25:45. Let us all repent of this.

+Fernando Rodriguez While I would argue that it is merely a poetic form of speech and not a form of literal theology, I would have to point out that it has been part of the creeds that we have had for a long time, and only recently has it become a public thing to question this aspect of the creeds. Some have put up some decent arguments for it, however.

David Cook Yes, but just because something has been practiced a long time, doesn't negate that it could be wrong. Unlike slavery, women's suffrage, The Holocaust, Apartheid, the Civil Rights Era etc which are all man-made movement where arguments can be put forward for or against them; the same simply cannot be said of God's Word. Whether you are Protestant or Orthodox Christian, "Creeds" are not equal in application and consideration as The Word Of God. Should tradition trump God's truth? I, personally, don't think so.

Salvation is found in Christ alone, not an organisation or religion!!

He made an organization or is that just some fiction in the Bible according to you? Christ established one religion, not many. For example, You have a street with all the different Christian religions. One believes baptism is important while the other does not. One believes priesthood is important while another does not. So don't they teach a different gospel? If they teach a different gospel wouldn't that mean they teach a different Jesus as well?
