Dancing with Waves full

An evening session in the sunset with a great breeze from the NE. Two weeks after this I broke my leg (in an activity unrelated to kiting) and 7 weeks later I'm longing to get back on that beach!

In the zone between the sea and the land lies a margin where we play with the traction that the wind provides. An unqueit territory, subject to the daily sweep of time and tide - a buggy playground.

A splash of spring sunshine along Greatstone Beach in SE England brings out a new PB of 41.2mph.

A fabulous session in the May sunshine. A busy beach, with kite surfing kit strewn all over the place, but great fun nonetheless.

Early morning at Camber Sands with a Spring Tide: excellent little session with some practice on jibing. Forgive the vignetting as my filter is working it's way loose on the GoPro. Kites used: PKD Century 2 and Peter Lynn Vapor.

First flight of a mini quad racing drone - Storm's Racing Drone A. Need to fiddle with the mobius camera as firmware needs upgrading, white balance is all over the shop and the time/date needs to be switched off. Not bad for a first go though: with more practice and confidence I'll get there.
