A rare contemporary example of real, raw and honest playing. Yes this is clean. Yes this is sharp. But also it's raw and honest. It flows naturally and the groove modulations and the cymbal accentuations are all musically appropriate and a delight. My overall review: a technical stylistic drumming showcase but that is moderated by musically sensible and sensitive playing choices. I approve big time!

@han5oul no problems my friend and thank you. I'm a drummer myself and my fandom for music has been a life long passion. I enjoy sharing my reviews online but you'd be surprised how many negative essays I've written on UA-cam haha. I never write negative without justification though. when I clicked on your video I went in like I do most videos, no bias or expectations. So I was very pleased and impressed by what I was hearing from you almost immediately. You are clearly a talented player but in particular I was really glad you didn't all of sudden leap to super fast chops playing and phrasing. I always keep an open mind but as a music fan I also have certain tastes and standards. It was nice to hear your playing keep in a pocket of sorts,musical choice and restraint ,and it told me that while you definitely have more chops to show off to the world, your playing here was always in respect of the music you were contributing your drum parts to. Its clear you are setting your own playing boundaries as to not step over the music track as a viable musical piece. A fine balance between showing off your talents while allowing the musical piece you are contributing your drum parts to to be a listenable track for any listener at anytime. Believe me when I say that UA-cam is riddled with drummers blasting all over music tracks as if the tracks are only there to be played over and not to be played with and blended with. You've that balance and you've trained your ears and not just your hands and feet.thanks for your response but no thanks necessary, thank your hard work and discipline. I hear your effort and many others too. My compliment is to voice support for the standards I hope all would follow. I'm sure you will agree with me when I say: bring musicianship back into drumming and not athletics. You are great! Infact I'm watching the video again after this haha. I want to study your delayed shuffle beat feel. I can't play it myself yet
