@@rafalsadowski it's strange that SX guys don't give permission for this. I thought they would give the permission to anybody for reactions/covers etc. because they will get more recognition from this...It is especially easy for them as they own licenses for most of their albums (not label)

​@@Alex_Alx I agree, that it could be great for fans and Russ as the output rate is insane, which with a bit of work would give us some cool music fast and royalities for him, if uploaded to streaming platforms. I'm not going to argue with his decision, it's an uncharted territory so I understand hesitancy.

It could work, but not in a way you would think. Freddie had too distinct vibrato to filter convincingly, that means using mostly cover singers to frankenstein a passable performance.

@@rafalsadowski may be you just have to reduce the pitch a little bit?

@@aminetalbi7787 If I slow down the recording to have sparser pitch oscillations then I would have to repitch back with no time change and splice it seamlessly together with the original beginning and ending of a syllable. That's a lot of work. Easier solution would be autotuning Freddies recording (I could give it a go I guess) or as I said, use different takes.

It's slightly edited Michael McDonald voice track, run through ai voice filter modeled on Russell Allen and mixed with original instrumental. I was amazed how well it worked. I've made a couple of these for myself to goof around and check the workflow, Let It Go was particularly amusing, but me posting them, depends on me contacting Russell and asking if he is cool with it.
