This method simplyd id not work for me. The way I m anaged to cancel my authenticator App subscription was to download itunes and, then login from there using my apple id & password. Next I went to the "store" section on the Itunes, where I was able to locate my subscriptions and finally canceled this useless authenticator App. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Apple, nearly impossible to cancel subscriptions using the iPhone as we used to be able to. Thanks for making easier on your loyal clients, I will be sure to stay an Apple client move forward. (insert a huge amount of sarcasm here).

This advice is for people with Iphone. The ´´only´´ way to end subscription is: Go in your iphone settings, click on your account (Apple ID, iCloud + ...) click on subscriptions, and end subscription on prime video. From now on I will never cooperate with amazon again bcs I wasnt able to end subscription either in App or on computer. F**k them!

¡¡COMO RECOMENDACION!! Aquí va mi caso, espero les ayude. En algunos casos hay excepciones. Resulta que era 22 de agosto, se me cancelaba la suscripción gratuita de Spotify, en mi tarjeta no tenía el dinero suficiente; por tanto, me llegó un mensaje indicandome que no me alcanzaba. Después, al siguiente día, cancele mi suscripción para que no me cobrarán cuando me llegara dinero a la cuenta. Resulta que me llegó dinero; no el mismo día si no el siguiente, me cobraron, me comunique con el bot, pero no pudo darme solución. Tuve una larga charla con un asesor. Ya "al final" me dijo que no podía tener solución ya que me cobraron, lei las políticas y todo, y estaban en lo correcto ya iba a terminar la conversación, cuando recordé lo que había hecho un día anterior, *la cancelación*(resulta que hubo un error técnico y no se reflejo la cancelación). Ahí fue cuando hablé, me dijo que necesitaba evidencias pero yo tenia. Me dijo que por ser mi caso lo tendría en cuenta por lo mencionado,( ALGO IMPORTANTE: dije que yo no tenia evidencia, pero les hice la pregunta que si ellos podian ver ese movimiento en mi cuenta, me dijo que no). Inmediatamente obtuve el reembolso. Que hay dos cosas: 1. ellos si podrían haberte tenido acceso para ver ese movimiento de cancelación y al mencionarlo tuvieron que evaluarlo y considerarlo.Al exponer eso tuvieron que ser honestos aún así no tuviera evidencia (OJO, es mi teoria, por creo que tuve reembolso) 2. Spotify tienen en cuenta mucho las excepciones y es empático con los clientes. Causando así, que puedan ganar más clientes fieles. ¡¡¡¡CONSEJO!!!! Para evitar estás situaciones engorrosas tenga en cuenta mucho la fecha límite de la prueba gratuita y comuníquense con el asesor y vean que solución les brindan. Aveces, como es primera vez lo tienen en cuenta. No tengan miedo y expongan su caso. Spotify es muy receptivo y puede brindarles un solución. Muchas gracias por leer. Les deseo mucha suerte 👋
