Magistrate is not issuing warrant after some oral and documentary has been filed. I guess He wants full prosecution trial completed before issuing warrant. Guide me

With great honour sir I have one question sir that is attempt commit murder on one person and his mother admitted to civil hospital at Belagavi for twenty one released the death of Hble prime minister of india I e on21/05/1991 events happed on 2/5/1991 before happening of incident an FIR was lodged but police did took any action in turn police helped the accused after four day incident. happened the register case under section of IPC 126 while trail it all admitted by complaint identified the weapons used by that mother was deid without giving evedence before court all witnesses became hostile one person brought me to civil hospital was my friend. he bought to court on that he was in police training did give evidence before the might became hostile The court acquitted the accused with warning on the ground of contradiction because during evidence in the subsequent FIR the matters were different earlier complaint matter were denied by the complaint further re examination was done final decision given In this matter the complaint tried for appeal through App did not allowed hene appeal not done before the District Court the case was trailled by JMFC 3rd Court out of 5 accused one person died with this incident the accused were became notorious by committing crime became leaders in society can victim now can approach the Hble High court the victim was law person please advise your kind openion in this regard your kind advise will solicited sir

Knowledge is wisdom and we find very few lawyers who hardly have time to listen about the details of the case.....than how come we will have trust that he will carry the case in right direction.
