Dad driving the Ford PX Ranger in the dunes around Beachport
I got out to stretch my legs and have a bit of a fly with the drone after a long day driving the ute so dad thought he would go have a bit of a muck around while I was out. Cool basin between a few of the dunes between Beachport and Robe.
Bit shaky with the camera gimbal but was just free flying around chasing dad.

Shot over the beautiful entrance to the Barwon River in South West Victoria. The West side of the river is the town of Barwon Heads, while the east side of the river has the town of Ocean Grove. A quick flight out to Bruces Falls and Bruces Cascades at Mt Disappointment in Victoria Australia. I had them on a map of mine but could not find any photos or videos online showing what they look like. Could only find videos of the more popular Strath Creek Falls. My map shows another falls in the vicinity called Phosphate Falls but I was unable to find it while flying around. Shot using a DJI...

Brilliant trip back out to Big Desert during the winter school holidays. Such a fun area with heaps to do and see. Second trip out there now and still need to go back again to fit in a few of the things we have missed on the 2 trips. Border track was closed this time due to the COVID-19 restrictions so we just stayed on the Victorian Side.

I get that thigs change, but this place has changed so much that it's lost all it once was. I remember when this place was genuinely just a sleepy fishing village, with boats and a mini golf park. Just a nice place to live. Now? Just a trendy bullshit haven for rich people.
