    This is how you turn something really simple out of something what would likely be very hard. Reminds me about Woody Hyezmar’s Woodworking Bible which is being given away and can try go’ogling, but I’m not so sure, have a good one!

    Props for this video! It truly helped me figure out some things that had me stumped lol. I haven't started with Hyezmar's Woodworking Bible yet, but I go'ogled him and yep, it's still available to download. Have a good one!

    I’ve been making 2, 3 and 4 chamber bat houses for years. I like your approach and the cool decoration of the bat cut outs. However, this isn’t great as a functional bat house. Looks good as decoration and may attract a few strays here and there but not ideal if the aim is to cultivate a bat colony. A single bat can eat up to 1,000 bugs each evening which is incredible to think about.

    • @mcmathwoodworks
      @mcmathwoodworks 6 місяців тому

      Just curious, since you said this bar house is not ideal for a colony, what would you recommend to make this bat house better?

    • @cardinalwoodworks
      @cardinalwoodworks 8 місяців тому

      Any type of wood will work, pallet wood may be harder to line up as it’s a bit thinner and not always the straightest but it can be done. If you follow the angles at which we’re cut in the video that will help understand when to cut the 30 degree angle. Thanks for watching!
