Hi Guys... I am wondering how you are going with the airbag suspension in the past year? I have Crosstrak 16ft and I have found that the coil springs appear to be too soft. When i go over some deep ruts on one side (going very slowly), the Crosstrak feels like it collapses on that side and really leans over. This is quite unsettling. BTW the crosstrak is 2023 model. I have had a a few occasions where the opposite wheel lifts off the ground. Thoughts please.
@barrysbuzz love the airbags, they are much less bouncy than the springs. We've also had a sway bar fitted.

Because the crosstrak is so narrow it will always have a bit of top wobble and the sway bar helps reduce it. I got it from Seaton suspension

@Happy_Hillbillies he had drunk nearly a litre of fireball. Was a fun night. Mary Kathleen was beautiful I loved the cows walking around.
Brought the 300 watt solar blanket. It only puts out 145w. I Will never buy anything from a one store wonder. It’s too hard, to get the solar panel fixed. Will now have to buy an additional solar panel, to replace this useless itec one, will go to BCF. Itec, technical support, is pathetic, no customer care, skills.
The panels may well be good for 300W, but the "kit" that comes in the box is definitely not 300W. The PWM charge regulator cannot possibly have an output of 300W from 16A when charging a 12V battery at the specified voltages. 16A x 14.4V = 230W A "300W kit" will require a MPPT charge controller.
We are happy with the results of ours.
will it work on agm batteries?
Hi Colin according to the regulator Specs it states that it is preset for lithium but can be set for gel. It would possibly be wise to call itechworld for confirmation 👍

Just the latches on the kitchen hatch were only just touching the rubber strip, so not really holding. It the wife stopped buying Cam's stuff I'd never get prezzies 🤣

I think the reg is just a PWM not a MPPT.
Cheers for that 👍 I'll have to try and edit it. To be honest I generally throw the regs out straight away as they and the wiring are usually the things that fail on most portable panels.

Came for info on the 16ft crosstrak, stayed for the photography. You guys are actually very entertaining, why this only has 150 views is beyond me. Me and the Mrs are downsizing our van, getting a crosstrak, we live up north, so bit easier to tow with the Ranger. Keep those vids coming
