Honestly, it might be how easy it is to get everything. It's not a bad thing, however there's no incentive to challenge yourself to do something or explore. Like in New Leaf how you had to hunt for things or do small raffles for certain items. However, it could also be that I grew up and I know how to do things easier now than when I was younger.

@@serious_link yeah I agree, specially how easy it is to become friends with the other villagers. As a kid I remember having to WORK for them to gift their pictures to me, for the preppy villagers to be nice, for the grumpy villagers to open up... now after a few days of interacting they're your bffs and they have like the same 4 or 5 pieces of dialogue. but also yea as kids we probably saw it as a bigger challenge.

whats missing is the time. All those games are old now, the nostalgia has grown. in 5 years acnh will be just as good

@yyzfr1 So true. Life was so much simpler and carefree back when I was playing City Folk with friends. I remember visiting each other's towns and meeting at KK Slider's gig at the museum. And we had the mics connected and talk all the time. I miss it so much.
