Today, we're tackling a topic that's incredibly close to our hearts: healing your relationship with your parents. This isn't just about fixing what's broken; it's about transforming your thinking to bring about a drastic shift in your parent-child relationship, breaking the family cycle of dysfunction, and building solid relationships while recognizing your own worth and potential.
I used to be a very conflicted teenager, and even in my early adulthood, I had a dysfunctional relationship with my parents despite the deep love and admiration I truly felt. Each time I tried to heal the relationship, something would happen, and either I would get angry, or similar patterns would reappear. Today, I have a wonderful relationship with my parents, and I want to share the things I learned and how I achieved healing my relationship with them and making it amazing!
These are the steps I have applied in my life to heal my relationship with my mother, with whom I always fought, lied, ran away, and accumulated years of hurt, missed moments, and regret. Not just that, as a teenager, I hated my father for the things he did not provide and disrespected him a lot. Our family was dispersed, and for almost fifteen years, we did not have the luxury of a family life-the luxury of having a healthy relationship and being with your mom and dad as a family that loves, understands, and respects each other.
Today, after a lot of work on our relationships and being conscious and applying these methods I am sharing today with you, we have healed from our past, understood how we have hurt each other, and have gained immense respect and admiration for each other as a family. And I am sharing how it has not just healed our relation, but also opened new abundances, higher self-esteem, better love relationships, better work relationships, better income and better life.
