am confused you took over a very very expensive catamaran and brought with you two badly set up phone cameras to take crap 480p video? you obviously got more money than sense

In Europe we don't refrigerate our eggs. Better hygiene standards at farms mean our eggs don't need to be chemically washed. American farms have lower standards and their eggs need to be washed to remove bacteria etc. When the eggs are treated they also wash the outer membrane off which protects the egg. So these eggs need to be refrigerated as the shell is now porous. European eggs remain protected and sealed and so don't need to be refrigerated. In case it was confusing/worrying you.

Won't be long now. How is their cockpit screen dimming working out for low light/night? Some companies use panels that just don't get dark enough so seeing out for nightwatch is difficult.

We spent so much time looking at performance catamarans, trying to make a decision. It was funny when we made this video and watched it before posting it, we both looked at each other and said we’re so thrilled. We made the right decision. It’s just a perfect catamaran for us. The copper coat was part of the yachting package. There were so many lovely upgrades in the package. Can’t wait to try them all out.

So far we love it all! But since having only sailed a charter version, there is a lot we don’t know. I asked the owners “group” what I should worry about and nothing much came up. It has been a very good experience so far. Stephane is our sales person and he is great! He has made all our crazy dreams come true. And they are right on schedule! I am shocked. They have their act together. Next video should drop the end of the first week of august. Thank you for liking us and being so enthusiastic!!! So cool!

hi, look forward to more of your videos... did you buy it outright or are you financing it? - we're looking at the 50, however I'm not willing to take out that much from retirement savings and so will only be covering about half of it's cost .. so I'm curious to how a financing route might look.. with interest rates you were offered, the amount of the monthly, and the term length(s) that were offered.

Hi happy Second Star future sailors! First of all, congratulations to your stunning , amazing new boat and to your wise decision to make your dream finally come true! And thank you very much for sharing your fun and beautifully made videos! My husband and I've been also enjoying the seas under sail for quite a while. On a 40 ft monohull. Europe, North Africa, Atlantic crossing, Caribbean waters. More than 30000 nautical miles and of course many stories we can share, if you want. BTW, We' ll be in Canet en Roussillon, also in July. Maybe we have a chance to meet in person?

Thats an impressive build rate .. in one video some one was attempting to claim they had to quote him ...A glacialy slow rate of production..... Clearly not.. what is also impressive is the standard of finnish they achieve on their hulls straight out of the moulds. That undoubtebly assists in the assembly and finishing. Plus basalt tends to be both more scratch and puncture resistant than GRP ..as well as being safer...health wise. Did you notice the limited number of workers having to wear full PPE compared to a GRP hull build? Thank you for taking us along... without wishing to seem rood why did you start filming in portrait format ...it hides so much.. its easier on the eye and the brain if you can keep to the landscape format especially if you need to pan your shot. Viewing on a phone it makes the field of view very small 🤓. Wonderfull boat and I'm sure they will be on or very very close to time ... having seen the process thus far. Just in time for a shake down cruise of the Med. and the near coasts. Cest tre Jollie.⛵ If you want a warmer throne 😉 i suggest a wooden seat...bamboo or Basalt fiber... Flax for added lightness. 😂🧙🏼‍♂️🇬🇧🌌 Im impressed for new company they appear well sorted and have clearly have good communications with their clients. Things clearly bode well. There's new improved technologies for batteries and solar arriving all the time. Increasing both performance resilliance and safety.
