Bankapur fort or Nagaresvara Temple or Aravattu kambada gudi (in Kannada) is actually an ancient temple. Very clean and tidy and well maintained. This could actually be the centre of attraction of the Bankapur village but authorities are neglecting it. No proper sign boards or any access to any information regarding the temple. I spent almost half an hour searching for the temple. Even locality people don't know much about this temple.
