How do you organize your folders? I’m using a Mac and I find it so annoying that there’s no way to sort by genre, whereas in rekordbox I can see that each track has a genre assigned to it. I’d like to start separating my music files per genre to start getting more organized

I was always fascinated by the rmx1000 and I always wanted to try it out, but I never had the chance. I think it´s also pretty obsolete today if you have the newest Pioneer gear, but pretty neat nevertheless :)

Saga came up on a news site in Romania and published bank statments showing the money transferred to him a month in advance, at the beginning of June. So ye, they got proof and they said they are going to sue him for defamation. Don't know why he did all that... just because he didn't have the patience to wait for the technicians to fix the equipment?

If he is real DJ he should be behaves it’s not first time how he behave for technical staff or backstage staff. James Hype show who is real DJ. Armin has some technical issues, and he pause the wait so festival team can resolve issue and carry on after he’s preform. Hardwell on other side he drag out his personal issues on stage where is big no no. Sorry Hadwell but you down on list with worst preforming djs

To me it is sad that everyone is mad at hardwell because he "over reacted". I bet the majority of those commenting haven't been to Saga at least once. It's the type of festival where each year there are issues with artists being put on the poster and not showing up, bad organizing of everything, not enough security for those attending and the list can go on and on. I think hardwell thought Saga is disrespectful to artists and the crowd and decided to speak up. We are so quick to judge because we got this attitude of let's keep it peachy just for the sake of it. Let him speak his mind. Hardwell has given so much to the industry and i think he is entitled to cancel if he felt he can't provide the kind of experience he is well known for. I was there and i was super mad at the organizers. And for the record it is not only hardwell who faced technical issues, many artists did but they chose to not speak about it. I guess when you need the money you are more inclined to put up with a lot of shit. I feel sorry for everyone in Bucharest because we cannot have a nice festival here. We'll have to go to Cluj(Romania) for Untold festival or Constanta(also in Romania) for Neversea festival as they are managed by different company and are resemble the big international festivals.

Former Promoter/Producer here. Back in the 90's most of the DJ contracts I have seen were something like 50% down to show up the remaining 50% upon showing up. I am sure that a lot has changed since then.

ua-cam.com/video/4-ueD9uNiqY/v-deo.html You can take a look at this first, he performed it for at least 6 ~7 minutes when the beginning of the intro when he found out the issue, it already with 3 songs, normally one track has 3 min each, so you are saying with only 30-second act is not correct, and for the video link in the begin of the minutes, he has tried to talk with the tech support and try to spin something it looks like controller effect bottom might not be using it, but he still can use it with echo effect when he is trying to change to next song and turns with a quarter or three-quarters so I think it might be can't change the different effect, also for the hot cue part, I think most of the ppl only see this due to the social media so maybe can't having full information. But at least we know, that Hardwell never pre-recorded for the show, and it is actually better than other festival DJs or even guest DJs for the nightclub and still having pre-recorded already.

What he did was very troublesome. He did all this for his fans without getting paid. He also discussed possible dismissals from the festival of incompetent employees as they had time to resolve them. This is very serious. And it should have been resolved confidentially like any mature and public person. But either way I'm on his side, he's been at this for years and I don't doubt that someone might want to harm him.

This happed to Hardwell the week before in Portugal, the festival fucked his intro 3 times and had to change equipement, and Hardwell still perfomed. For him to have that atitude the festival really fucked something.

He is just a dick, multiple djs said everyone got paid, and even local press relesed the payments. He is just any asshole no excuses.

It's weird that they didn't pay him upfront, as you said, if I were him, I wouldn't have shown up, and told my fans that the festival couldn't work things out in time. He overreacted, but I would have too, if some festival company would have wasted my entire day because of shitty equipment. Still, why show up if he hadn't been paid already? Maybe he had some 50/50 pre/post show payment plan with them, or something.
