Today, it is all about baking in an RV oven! Libby makes a family favourite, Rhubarb Crunch, and Steve makes bread. The Rhubarb Crunch recipe is from a book called Eat Your Heart Out (which, to the best of our knowledge, is no longer in print). Steve uses baker's percentages to make 25% fresh ground whole grain bread.

We have given our rig a name! Libby will discuss the name we chose and why. Steve goes over some of the items we are finding very handy. It is a good list for others wanting to embark on an RV journey. Morrie is absolutely fascinated with the wildlife. He constantly stares out the windows, through the screen door, or on his leash outside. He is having a great time on this trip!

We are finally on the road. Our first stop is Dinosaur Provincial Park in Alberta. This is a shorter video reviewing our first week as full-time RVers. We have discovered that our learning curve is more like a learning elevator-no curve- just straight up! We are having a lot of fun. Enjoy.

All sprouting seeds. From a company called Mumms. They are out of Saskatchewan. Alfalfa, radish, mung beans, and stuff like that. We are still working on getting the certificate.
